Neighbours next door were LOUD and kept yelling for property manager throughout the night. Washer and dryer listed were not clean. Otherwise it was amazing!

It was a quiet room even though it was on the main street of town. It had a microwave, mini fridge, bath and shower. The tv reception was a little blippy, but we spent most of our time on the beaches anyway, so no big deal for us. It was close to a Chinese restaurant and a burger drive through that also had halibut fish and chips that weren’t bad. Also close to grocery outlet and another grocery store. It is about an 8/10 minute walk to the beach. It’s only 1.6 miles from agate beach and 8 miles from Devils Punchbowl which had little tide pools aginast the rock ledge at low tide where my kids caught lots of crabs; plus it was great for body surfing (and lots of other surfers abound). As for the “breakfast “ there were bagels and packaged muffins/cinnamon rolls, some juice and coffee. We didn’t care for it- but it was something. We will likely return again one day. It was good for me and my three kiddos.

The room was very run down and needed maitence we were hesitant to plug anything into the wall outlets due to scorch marks on outlet covers. We requested a 2 queen bedroom with a kitchen when we arrived we were told the kitchen rooms were only a single king bed. The bathroom was clean but very small. The management was very friendly. They came in and cleaned our room and made the beds while we were gone we weren't expecting that during the covid pandemic

We stayed there for one night. After a horrible night at another cheap motel before that, we expected the worst. However, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this inn at the very reasonable price we paid. The room was clean, located in a very quiet place. All you need were there: clean good quality bed linens, a comfortable mattress, a radio clock, a mini-fridge, a microwave, an iron, all the toiletries, and even a Keurig coffee machine and six K-cups of a good coffee!!! Nice central location in Newport, close to the beach and to Hwy 101 and still quiet. The only issue was the breakfast. The hotel description was saying "Full breakfast" (not Continental). In fact, it was just muffins, bagels, jam and coffee/tea. That was it. A bit disappointing.

breakfast service began at 7:30am, which is unusually late. Also, the limited breakfast items were not replenished. There was only one breakfast table for the many guests desiring breakfast.

Perfect hotel for overnight stay. Close to many restaurants, gas stations, stores. Will most likely rent again on my next family road trip!

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was muffins, pastries, and coffee. The manger was nice and polite.

The management was VERY unfriendly!! We were lucky to get the new rooms so they were very nice!!

Everything was perfect

Arrived to check in and they said it was cancelled. Gave many lies. They booked to someone else. Very bad business. Under age kids working desk. Do not book. Turned away family with young kids.

Lee was very friendly and kind. Had wonderful dinner at his restaurant there on the property! Continental breakfast was very good! Would stay here again!

Lot's of ammenities and clean. We had some noisy neighbors but not the hotels fault and one should bring ear plugs for any hotel. Lots of room and a bargain for the price.

We needed a safe place to stay on the way to Canada. It was clean, cozy, safe, and close to the Border.

Location was a bit out of the way. Furniture in the room was stained. The other hotel guests were noisy and the area seems to attract some shady characters. The hotel owner was quite abrupt and I was surprised when he asked for my credit card CVV. He proceeded to type this into his computer which I have never seen anyone do before. A few days later I noticed our credit card had been skimmed for hundreds of dollars in fraudulent purchases (we have only used it for hotel stays).

Please don't stay here! First of all the manager told us that he had already charged us prior to us getting there (we chose the "Pay later option) because he's tired of being ripped off by people not showing up. Then there was the room... Everything is very old and outdated. There was an old space heater available for use Which I'm sure is probably against fire code. The cleanliness was not the best to either. Thick dust on a fan, What looked like a blood stain on a bench , etc. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were too.

Nice hotel and very clean. Could not get the internet to work despite multiple attempts.

The room was very comfortable, i didn't like that we were so close to the road. It made for a noise morning or night.

it's ok. price was right. you get what you pay for. a room to sleep in, did not spend much time in there during the day I came, I stayed, I left.
