Nice and quiet inside rooms. Affordable and secure. Inside has a large area that gives you countryside outdoors, great to relax. Definitely worth staying when in the area.

King bed was uncomfortable. The toilets were NASTY. The front desk clerk was rude or having a bad day. They had roaches in the room and crawling around in the fridge. The only thing good about the stay was the aesthetic of the lobby. I’d never stay here again unless I was short on cash

Super dated hotel with noise from the big main area, poorly kept up with. It smelled like smoke, the floors were filthy, I had to have my key reactivated several times, the security is poor, the lighting is dismal, I really can’t recommend much here.

Really great stay on a budget! While there are numerous “no smoking” signs there was definitely a faint smell of smoke and our rooms smoke detector was disconnected from the wall. Would stay again though.

Great price, nice and quiet. Clean bed and bathroom.
But...
Pool is covered in slime, bugs in the refrigerator, ice machine broken. It won't let me add pictures. I will try to add them after.

It has a nice Atrium, but elevator and vending machines were out of order, the bar/restaurant wasn’t open, the hot tub/steam room was closed, and both TVs in my room didn’t work upon check-in, so I finally had to switch rooms!

Spent two nights here only because i didn’t have anywhere else to stay once i arrived in Baton Rouge for the weekend. There was black mold on the ceiling above bed, floors were filthy and i refused to take any footwear off. The shower would not drain and was repulsive on sight. The towels and sheets had numerous stains on them. At least the A/C worked. Had i another option, i would have left immediately. In simplest terms i was repulsed and will never stay here again.

This place looks nothing like the pictures and it’s in a horrible part of town. The smell is awful with cigarette smoke and musty carpet that the cleaning people were sweeping rather than vacuuming. If you look up at the vents there’s black mold coming out of them onto the ceiling. We asked to see the room before paying so she walked us up the stairs because the elevator was broken. The room was just as smelly and musty as the lobby. Do not let the pictures and price fool you! We immediately left and fold another place to stay.

The room was a nice size, comfy bed with small refrigerator and microwave. No coffee in room or anywhere. If you’re looking for a room it’s good , if you’re looking for any amenities forget about it.

Breakfast was advertised...there was NO breakfast.
Mattress had a sunken valley in the middle.
Pool was unusable - mold/mildew/algae/yuck.
Someone was trying to CARD into the room at 04:30am.
NEVER again. I wish I could attach the pics I took.
I should get my money back for false advertising.
Worse hotel I have EVER stayed in.
After getting there, it was too late to look elsewhere.
It was AWFUL!

Yes, the room was clean, the floors and countertops were not filthy, the bed was okay and the sheets were clean. Yes there was a microwave and in-room minifridge.
Other than that:
- Lobby opposite front desk featured a chair with torn-up upholstery
- No facial tissues provided
- No in-room coffeemaker and no complimentary coffee in lobby
- Bedside lampshades were ripped/torn/stained
- The door's swing-arm security latch had been forced, ripping out the portion in the door itself
- Bedside nightstand's drawer had debris including several broken cigarettes and loose tobacco
- and more great stuff, but you get the idea.
And just imagine - we got *all this* for $120 !!!
(I wish Expedia had the option of including photos here!)
