Very nice hotel. Felt very safe

Quiet but breakfast was lacking a bit and the rooms weren’t completely spotless.

Our stay was horrible... In our first room, the heating was not working: impossible to go warmer than 68. Even the lady at reception was not able to make it work. We insisted to get another room She reluctantly move us to another room, heating was good but this room was next to the elevator mechanical room, it was very noisy all night. We tried to get someone from reception, but nobody answered our call, they were closed... So we spent an horrible stay for a weekend which was supposed to relax Not even talking about the breakfast, bare minimum. And very unpleasant staff. We have been in numerous hotels, this one is very low on the rating list Even if the building is new, avoid this place

Continental breakfast could be improved. Also hot tub hours different than posted.

Breakfast was terrible. Cold cereal, a few toast options, yogurt. No response to email query, and front desk agent (male) was curt on the phone. The young lady at the desk was very polite and helpful. No dining is available and the "wine bar" is simply what's available at the front desk. Very small hotel... the room itself was great. HUGE bed, comfortable, very clean, Keurig, TV with all channels, microwave and fridge. Hotel is within a 2 minute drive to Safeway and businesses.

Great easy access hotel for an affordable price. Our room was clean and comfortable. Located off the main drag so it was nice and quiet.

Very nice. Customer service was great. Very good location. Decent view. The remote for the TV didn't work so I took it to the front and she was able took fix it in a manner of minutes. Our stay was short but we felt it was better than many places we've stayed at over the years.

I enjoyed my stay. The room and bathroom were tidy, but the staff could enhance their service. They just need to elevate their service otherwise, everything else was quite satisfactory.

A small facility, but up to date and clean, in a quiet, low traffic location.

We had a death in our family and I asked to move my prepaid reservation up 3 weeks, as the funeral is today and they refused to speak to me when I called. I have already booked at another hotel for our rescheduled trip. The team at Hotels.com attempted to reach out multiple times as well. I’m hoping this is atypical of innkeepers in this area as we are really looking forward to this respite from the Texas heat.

When arriving the front desk person was not nice or friendly. We had an issue with our stay and they didn't seem to care. Also the keys open the doors except for the spa if you get locked out of well. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

No personality or customer service but was clean. No morning coffee, much less breakfast, for those leaving before 7 AM

Clean rooms, staff was pleasant . Great easy access to surrounding area.

We were arriving late and the staff called to see if we would arrive before the desk was closed and how to enter if we arrived late. The breakfast was satisfactory, but could have been better. Close to downtown and lots of restaurants nearby. I would stay here again.
