Hotel is newly renovated. Beautiful nautical style rooms. Great pool outback with intercoastal view. Pool is heated. They are renovating a restaurant on property. But have a great seaside bar with food, which was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel. Can do taco Tuesday. $10 for two tacos and $10 house margaritas. Also have the Water Taxi that stops there if you want to catch a ride on that.

Rude staff, they find reasons to charge you extra. I was locked out of the room for a full day because their lock broke or whatever the case was , I didn’t make it a big deal until they wanted to charge me $450 for parking 2 cars there. Dirty rooms , got charged and blamed for smoking there. Spend your time n money elsewhere, wouldn’t even recommend this to a homeless.

We arrived after my brothers funeral. Anticipating having a drink at the bar and everything was closed. Why at 8:45? It was raining and I can’t believe your inside bars was not open. I’d like to be compensated in some way!

Staff was good. Elevators are definitely outdated and need work. Don't plan on getting your own vehicle, it is required that valet must park and retrieve your vehicle. I was not happy with this considering I have a very expensive automobile and asked if anything was to happen to it who would be responsible? The normal response, oh don't worry we have third party insurance. Then you feel obligated to tip them every single time also.

First front Counter Rep. Very Rude. The 2 After Her Were Super Friendly. Practically Had To Keep Asking For Clean Towels And Washcloths. Literally About To Go And Purchase My Very Own. Items Was Stolen Out Of Our Room Didn’t Notice Till Wee Hours Of The New Day Upon Leaving Checking Out.

Some of the staff was very pleasant mainly the manager which tried to credit some of the resort fee back for the inconvenience but Housekeeping was the WORST !! I would give them negative stars if possible . Called 3 days in a row and the service was horrible . First day I called for housekeeping they never went. Second day I filed a complaint and they went and only took the trash and towels. Didn’t do the bed , didn’t replace the towels or bring toilet paper . Stayed almost a whole week and had so much garbage in the room because they didn’t have trash bins anywhere on the floor and as I stated housekeeping WOULD NOT COME! Sheets and bed were not changed the whole week I was there !!! Imagine staying in a hotel for a week and garbage of food just pilling up! Would not be staying here again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The worst experience ever. We arrived at 4:30pm. Well after check in time. Our room wasnt ready. We had to wait 2 hours and finally we got a call saying our room is ready. I never experienced anything like this at a hotel. I will NEVER go back there again.
