I have stayed here, several times, in the past & never had a problem. This year there were roaches in our room. Staff was very accommodating & moved us to another room and we didn't see any more roaches. The rooms looked clean, but.....
I will not stay here again.

Check in was a breeze. The teenaged boy was professional and very efficient. Breakfast as always at Scenic Hills was hot, fresh and filling. The entire stay, the breakfast room was neat, and clean. Spills were immediately cleaned up. This is outlr go to place to stay, and I know we will be back soon.

The hotel is older but it was in good shape, the room seemed freshly painted, everything was clean. Bed was comfortable...
This Isn't a "resort" but at twice the price I paid I would have left happy.

There were bugs in both beds. The man at the desk said there were no other rooms. But he did move me. The room they moved me to must be under renovation. The only lights in the room were over the sink and the bathroom light. The breakfast was fair. I will never stay here again.

After several epic fails recently i had almost lost hope of being able to stay at a hotel ever again. Scenic Hills has restored my faith in the hotel industry. It was affordable, but more importantly clean. My family would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Carpet needed better vacuuming and cleaning. Some fixtures were well worn (i.e. the sink). TV was sitting on the bureau losing half the space for our bags. Would be better to have TVs mounted on wall to regain that working area rather than on the floor.

The place nice and clean! I got trapped in the pool area! And the worst problem there was lacked of handicap parking so I need to walk from the back of the hotel with my broken knee.

The stay was great we stay here every time we go to Branson however we usually stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor. I do not recommend the first floor two roaches in the bathroom and a baby one crawling in my bed. I am very disappointed since I stay here and have never had this problem. Also just a screen covering the air not the actual part.
