Good budget Hotel. Mostly clean, definitely dated. We were there 5 nights and our room was not serviced at all. I got fresh towels from one of the housekeepers when she was in the hall outside the room.
It was nice to open the balcony door and hear the ocean and look out the window to see it. The beach was right there, but the access to the beach was blocked for repairs, but no repairs happened while we were there. If you are looking for decent, low price then this fits that.

It’s one of the last original places in PCB, and it shows, but the views are great! Excellent walk right on too beach! Pool wasn’t heated.

My experience at this hotel was horrible. My toilet chain was broken and we had to manually flush the toilet ourselves. They didn’t have another room to put us in.

Not sure where to start. This room was disgusting. We stayed in Room 236. AC loud and not working, Toilt barely flushed, shower curtain rod broken, towel rod missing. Couch arms stained and gross. Our feet were black from the disgusting floor. The room just smelled awful. We understand this is a OG hotel in PCB, but you can still clean old stuff. The outside grounds had trash everywhere. One positive: Pool and BBQ area was nice

Bathrooms are terrible. Tubs flaking paint and in need of paint. Overall they need a maintenance person to do repairs. The people cleaning rooms yelling in spanish while hooking up and blocking the corridors. My rooms supposed to be together but they were on each end(had to walk in the parking lot to get to other room because corridors always blocked). Locks are broken in both rooms.

The property was not at all like the pictures presented. The unit and the furniture were pitiful, the place did not seem healthy to us, we did not sleep there ... besides another couple in front of us did the same thing as us.

This place was dirty. Couldn’t walk on the floor without shoes.
The roaches were horrible.
They over charged us and didn’t make it right.
Had to pay for ice.
Do not recommend his place.
