You must provide a limited smoking area this facility is a 100 on the scale but you can’t escape the cigarette smoke it’s terrible probably the nicest and clean room I’ve ever stayed in but the air quality is terrible

Great overall hotel. Beautiful rooms, fantastic restaurants and a huge gaming area. Even though they have no smoking sections the main casino area is VERY smoky.

Hotel staff was extremely unnacomodating when room wasn't ready. Wanted me to switch rooms and pay an upcharge for a roll away. Ha! Non smoking room bed linens smelled like stale smoke.

This property is first and foremost a casino. It is very noisy and the smoke is almost unbearable. The wait time at the Hard Rock Cafe was a little long, but the food was great and our waiter was fantastic. Our room was nice and clean.

Very disappointed. The patio door to enjoy the pool view was sealed shut due to construction. we were unable to enjoy the pool view and patio that we paid for. They would not adjust the price.

Room was not cleaned and ready upon arrival for designated 4pm check-in. Waited over one hour for room. Was offered an upgraded room (not requested) then notified upgrade was not approved by management as all rooms were not clean and ready by 4pm not just ours. Very poor communication and customer service. Also had concert tickets for this venue. Paid for floor SEATS that were numbered. Arrived and informed chairs were taken out and all floor space was standing room only. Stood for over 2 hours to see concert. Extremely disappointed in this well rated hotel and venue.

We paid a ton to stay the night while we gambled till late hours. At 7am we were woken up to Loud construction noise from roof, which our room overlooked. I spoke to front desk at check out and all they could say was sorry and would I like the resort fee on my CC. Not even offer to at least comp the 28$. Poor service and a terrible way to wake up when all we wanted to do was sleep in on our date night.
