The hotel rooms are nice quality but small. The shower had damaged hardware in it. The beds were decent but not super comfortable. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean.

The hotel is only three years old but already very rundown and not clean.

The hotel is amazing except for the employees that are rude. But the hotel and the room were very nice, very clean and welcoming.

Will stay here again very quiet and nice place

Beautiful property even though not in best looking location. It’s clean and spacious rooms! Around the corner on other side of building and medical clinic is grocery and eating. Breakfast could have been a tad better, burners had turned off and Buffett was cold and out of oatmeal. Had to tell them a few times and wasn’t ever fixed while we were there. Should just order from menu honestly. Staff at check in was wonderful!

The room, although at first glance appears modern and pretty has serious deficiencies. Firstly, the room smelled of marijuana. Secondly, the shower stall design is curbless and the drain did not work rendering the shower nearly useless (had to stop the water every 20-30 seconds to prevent overflow). Thirdly, the faucet in the washroom is what you would expect in a public bathroom - you depress the manual lever for 20 seconds of water before the water shuts off. There is no option to control the temperature of the water from the faucet. This is a $400 parking hotel room. They could not move us to another room as they were reportedly fully booked.

The property is in a remote area. Perhaps up and coming it just hasn’t come up yet.

Window shades were broken, so I was unable to see outside or allow natural light in. Room was not clean (sticky floors, mildewed shower curtain, pieces of candy on floors, hair through out)

Hotel was decent, not necessarily as pictured. They had a rooftop party where the bass kept us up until it finally stopped at midnight. Super frustrating & would not book there again.

We arrived onsite and the room was cold. Called front desk and was told they could bring extra blankets and "engineer" was not available for the furnace. Said ok - bring blankets and had quick response. Next morning 63 degrees in room. Said "engineer" would be out soon. Left for business conference. Came back in evening and there was a little heater on the table and room was cold. Spoke with front desk - said "engineer" will be right up. When maintenance arrived they said there is no heat in Miami and you will have to use little heater I run an HVAC company so that is a bs story.
