Ashley at Serenity Inn was very welcoming, and the staff were very attentive. Parking availability and amazing breakfast makes this a must stay inn, I would choose this inn again if and when I return and I’ll definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Newport. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was attentive and helpful. I would try to avoid Room 1 since it’s right by the door and across from the dining room so you definitely hear people coming and going and when breakfast begins at 7. They kindly provided ear plugs though, which helped. Towels and linens were overly fragranced which I don’t care for but my husband didn’t mind. Overall the place was very clean. Nice shower pressure too!

The staff was fantastic, the room beautiful and very
reasonable. Breakfast was amazing, hot and tasty. Only negative was the bathroom, husband is a big man and he had a hard time negotiating the space. We had a fireplace in our room, it was a nice touch.

My stay here was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable and the property was only a few minutes walk from shops, bars, and restaurants. Ashley was incredibly polite and helpful in providing dining recommendations and the breakfast was excellent.

The only issue was the tight parking lot and street to get to the lot. Understandably, it is an older part of town and another lot was offered a few blocks away. Otherwise, it was a cute room (#5) and a renovated bathroom. Staff (Bridget) was nice and friendly. Looking forward to breakfast! Dining room looks pretty as well as the outdoor sitting area.
