Clean modern hotel room with beautiful city view. Room had sofa, full table with two chairs, and fridge. Bathroom was clean, updated, and working well. Little to no noise from other guests. Top floor pool was a hit with the kids. Destination fees are always annoying but this had great value with credits to in building Starbucks or dining/bar. Great friendly service. I would love to stay here again. We felt spoiled.

Great stay here as always. Hotel is in a great location, easy walking to everywhere, staff is friendly and rooms are nice. Always enjoy the lobby lounge

Stuffiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Area outside is the definition of unsafe and inconvenient, valet was full the whole time and the dining menu was about as large as a McDonald’s dollar menu. Horrible experience

This is a great well maintained property close to everything in downtown Seattle. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is extremely clean. The only thing that I didn’t like were the bed sheets and mattress pad. Both should be fitted vs flat. The mattress pad “piled up” and was uncomfortable to sleep on. Bottom sheets came loose during the night and were also not comfortable to sleep on.

Nice for a big chain hotel. Did not appreciate the weird extra, unexpected $25/day charge they tacked on. It was weird because they then gave you $25 credit to spent in limited, confusing ways at the hotel.this resulted in spending an extra $50 tte day we were there. Businesses need to stop with all the hidden charges and junk fees!!

Wonderful! So festive for Christmas! Had a wonderful stay in Seattle. The hotel is super convenient (walkable) to everything - Pike Place Market, Space Needle, ferry to Bainbridge. I would stay here again.
