Sheraton Kauai Resort Villas

Loved it but the clothes dryer did not work. Small inconvenience.

3rd visit- awesome staff

Overall it was a good stay with nice facilities. Some front desk staff were condescending and rude but most were nice. Overall not as friendly experience as I would have expected. Would consider other options next time. Mattress was worn and not comfortable. Pillows were old and in need of replacing. Received a nice complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival which was a nice touch. There was no notification about housekeeping service and had to ask about it. You have to request it every morning you want it. We were not notified of this upon arrival.

Great beach and pools. Restaurants were excellent.

This was a wonderful place to stay.

Sprawling, low-rise, motel style buildings. Impeccably clean! Great customer service throughout. Easy parking and walkable to pools, dining, and beaches. My food at hotel restaurant wasn’t up to quality I was expecting for the prices, so we ended up at other places to eat and also shopped for our own food. Loved having the kitchenette and laundry in the room. Quiet and safe location. Overall amazing! We would stay there again.

We had the best time at the Sheraton. The villa was to die for. So mordern and comfortable with all the amenities. The staff were very nice and the property and food at the Lava Club was amazing. We would do it again.

+ Beautiful spot. Great beach. Spacious room with fully furnished kitchenette to the extend of washing m. and dryer in the very room. Plenty of free parking space. - food/coffee choice is not worth it. The level of Lava restaurant breakfast was extremely low; service there seemed like bored... Roosters will be irritating for some, we’d actually loved them ;-)

Walking to shopping center and restaurants was not an easy rout.

We enjoyed this property very much. It is a resort with condo like amenities such as laundry in unit, mini kitchen with microwave, utensils, sink, etc. We used it all. Parking is convenient, the Sheraton hotel and their pool is across the street by a very swimmable beach. The location is very close to the Poipu beach and few shopping villages as well. The walls were thin, but hotel has reasonable quiet hours. Front desk staff were so helpful and kind, but may need more staffing during prime check in hours. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

Loved our time, enjoyed property and beach access!

The property is very well maintained and all the employees are very friendly and try to help. I made a few friends that I will be keeping in touch with. The only thing I would point out is that the quality of coffee and food (at least at Lava) is not that high. You will need to have a car to get by this island and explore around.

Fold out bed was lumpy and had flat springs.

Good option but was expecting more for the price paid. Quite expensive for what they offer.
