Excellent stay with Sharaton LaGuardia East Hotel.
The room is clean and beding is comfortable and cozy.
The hourse keeping did excellent job.
The midnight shift staff whom should be complimented. sorry I did not ask for name, but really want to give him credit this young handsome man with big eyes & glass has been very paitent and helpful with my cell set up to redeem gift certificate. I am greatful with his help and had made me for sure want to come back again to Sharaton. Thank you all staffs provide such pleasant stay at Sharaton.

All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure all of our stay needs were taken care of. One of the best hotel experiences that we have had. Also, the hotel was clean and in good repair.

From the LaGuardia shuttle ride coming in to the shuttle ride to leave we had a great time at the Sheraton.
The room was nice, beds comfy, shower clean and towels well stocked. The staff was fantastic! Lots of recommendations to walkable places nearby and directions to things downtown.

Great location for food options and transportation. Our toilet wasn’t working properly-the water kept running sometimes. Told hotel but wasn’t fixed. Sound proof is not good. We could hear the elevator from our room a few doors down.

Very nice hotel, with lots of Chinese food and street food options in the blocks around the hotel. We were unknowingly charged extra by the hotel on our credit card for the third person in our party (we had already paid this through Expedia), and the hotel staff on the phone were difficult to work with regarding this. After calling 3 times, they basically said, "We won't help you with this. You need to get a refund from Expedia." Expedia gave us the refund. Thank you, Expedia. No thank you, Sheraton.
