Amazing hotel to stay! The staff is extremely hospitable and go out of the way to make people happy. The live music in the lobby from time to time was really neat and the complimentary foods and drink that they put in the lobby were extremely nice as well. It was amazing over all! Besides the paid parking which is to be expected in cities. I must have missed that when booking but it wasn’t very expensive because we walked to most places from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

I love everything about this place, I enjoy my stay and this is the first time I ever felt safe.daily cleaning was top notch and unexpected, I love how easy and understanding the staff were so thank you Sheraton for making my stay memorable.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Valet workers were extremely friendly and so was the bar staff. Will stay here again.

I was surprised to see how damaged the room was. We were given a free upgrade to a harbor view rather than city view, which was nice for the water view however, the bath tub was so old we didn’t want to use it, the bed frame and white pain all over it and the pictures hanging on the wall were peeling. The chair and pillow in the room looked like someone had been living in it. While these things didn’t effect our quality of stay, when you stay at a Sheraton and have a pretty price tag, I would expect the room to reflect that.

The TV in the room all of the sudden cut off right at the good part of a show!
Then, it wouldn’t turn back. But, eventually it did and you could see the Guide but when you clicked on a channel it wouldn’t come on.
Eventually, the TV started working again but the Streaming function wouldn’t connect to WiFi
