Customer service was good. The actual room was dirty, the bed was too hard, and the shower head was leaking water. The room wasn't properly cleaned. There was hair in the shower and cracks in the walls.

I feel for the price, the room could have been cleaner. The toilet looked as tho someone had their day on it, the bathroom door had stains all over it, and the sliding glass door had mold or some type of weird stains all over it. Pretty sad for a Sheraton. I picked this hotel over downtown because of the reviews. Wish I would have gone the other way

Overall cleanliness of the place was below average. Dust everywhere, old furniture, everything in need of an upgrade. It did not feel like a typical Sheraton. They have these “balconies” that are barely enough to get your body out. The AC is extremely loud and there isn’t an off button for the fan. It works the whole time and it’s impossible to sleep. Jets in hot tub didn’t work for the whole week we were there for. Ice machine was moldy and nothing was done the whole time we were there after we mentioned all this. Had to get ice from restaurant downstairs which also smelled so much like this weird musty/moldy smell. Didn’t go back again after trying once. Parking lot is extremely dark with limited lights and the area is not exactly safe to not care about that. We wanted to be close to a wedding but wouldn’t be back again. This isn’t a 4 star hotel, don’t believe the pictures. It looks and feels a 3 star at best.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arriving, my room was filthy. I was transferred to another room, but when I turned on the bathroom light, I found roaches. This was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here based on cleanliness and pest control issues.

I was told they did not have my Expedia booking so I had to pay for the room. I was was told by the front desk to call Expedia and let them know and I would get a refund. Of course when I tried no one knows or has records so I'm out $160.

Issue with ants in one of the two bedroom suites. Maintenance inspect, and found the ants an assured that there were no bed bugs. No one came with clean sheets, even after multiple requests.
On the plus side our breakfast buffet was very good and service was amazing.

The property itself was nice. It was easy access.
What ruined it for us was the front desk staff was miserable! Upon arrival we said hello to numerous staff and not one greeted us!
My husband said hello to at least three staff, and not one of them answered him. The girl at the front desk kept calling him, ma’am. My husband is very masculine. It was very rude. The housekeeping staff was directly across from our room and we tried to engage in conversation with her on several occasions, and she ignored us while glaring at us. The nicest people were down in the bar! Marlene and her helper they were wonderful Kudos to Marlene! they made up for all the other staff that were miserable! who didn’t want to be there and they made it known.
