Super clean and friendly staff. Our flight was delayed so many times and they were easy to work with for check in times. The quietness with beautiful balcony views made what time we had there well worth it!

Parking is $50 a night rip off
Resort fee we asked Sheraton San Diego to waive it it was only $30 as one time courtesy and I got charged for that too. Overall they get 3 1/2 stars

The property was very clean and quiet. The pool/jacuzzi were unavailable so we had to go to their sister property, but the shuttle was quick and easy. The lobby needs some TLC; very generic, not warm or a place to sit and relax. The front desk didn't know about a cocktail hour, which turned out to be at the other location.

Really helpful front desk staff, restaurant was really slow. Pool and gym were elite facilities and location couldn’t be better, on a great running route. Room was really nice and overall really enjoyed our stay.

My boyfriend and I took our pup Tucker to San Diego for a weekend after the holidays getaway and it did NOT disappoint! We had a spectacular trip and weekend and this resort is hands down one of the best I’ve been to in SD. We even got to rent water skis right out the doors of the hotel since it’s sitting directly against the harbor and we got to take those puppies way out it was an amazing experience. My pup tucker had a great time as well he was very comfortable and the staff was amazing! Literally everyone we interacted with on the property from jet ski rentals to dinner to check in was so helpful and kind leaving a very solid impression and we can’t wait to return!

The view was the best thing about this property. We stayed at the Bay tower. All of the amenities are at the Marina tower. They were out of bottled water, out of laundry detergent. The tub and sink were clogged and drained extremely slowly. Food was average but very expensive. Overall, I would definitely go back to the area, but not that hotel.

Don’t let them switch you to the bay tower… they will say upgrading you then put you in bay tower. It’s a zero star hotel type of place.
