The front desk gal is very personable and a joy to chat with. The room is nicely appointed and very clean. Odd thing was the creeky shower floor. Wasn’t sure it was going to hold us, but it did. And the shower was nice and hot!

Room was good. Fitness center needs attention. Elliptical machine made a clicking sound with each step. Recumbent bike tension could not be adjusted. TV remote was not working. No towels.

The hotel was clean and the lady at the front desk was friendly. Check in was super quick and easy. The room was in good shape. We were on the first floor and unfortunately could hear all the stomping feet above us at night while trying to fall asleep. If you're a light sleeper request a higher level. The continental breakfast was nice, especially the waffle maker. I did not use the pool or the gym. If you're looking for an affordable one night stay on a road trip, this is a good spot!

Pretty nice and clean, except the sink had some weird brown stuff leaking down from it. It's not far from the Caverns, but on the other side of town from a lot of the good restaurants.

We were here three nights, our room was never serviced, was told they only clean on certain days but did not inform us when we checked in about this, we had to go get towels ourselves. The pool was not heated like we were informed when booked. When we inquire about it was told they didn't know about it. Next day they said it was heated and they will have to turn it on.

Overall, this was a good place to stay. We had an issue with 4 o'clock early risers that woke the family up, a lot of noise late at night. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast fare was enjoyed by all.

We left a night early because, despite asking three times, we never received a blanket for the pull out bed in our room. We were told they were out. We were a party of 3 with a king size bed and pull out couch. Kevin was THE BEST.

They double charged me and it’s been almost a week and still no refund. With so many other options in the area, do yourself a favor, save your money and stay at a different hotel. These guys suck.
