We stayed on a night where all the rooms were booked. Lots of kids... So naturally, we thought there would be a lot of noise. To our surprise, it was very quiet. This is one of the best stays we have ever had at a hotel. Very surprisingly surprised and pleased. Thank you!

Very nice and clean so perfect for family the beds aren't extremely high up which is a plus for kids they keep the pools extremely clean and maintained and at always perfect temperature all around very nice and clean definitely coming back

Make sure to pack your bathing suits and kids floats! They do not sell them at the hotel (totally should though) The beds were super comfortable! We got a king size bed with a pull out couch for our two younger kids & the room still had room for their little toys and games! The waterpark was super cute! Must be 42 inches to ride the water slide. There is a tiny turtle slide in the kid area my almost 2 year old enjoyed in a foot and 1/2 of water.
The pool area is only a little over 3 feet of water so not having worry about your little one being able to touch was good too! We ordered pizza and had it brought in & ate pool side, just clean up after yourself.
Would stay again! 10/10

Room was clean, halls and other areas a bit run down but fine. Pool area also a bit run down but kids had a blast and water was warm. Pool was very busy both days. Neighbors were very loud and that doesn’t reflect on the hotel. 3-4 stars.

Room was clean and well kept. The water park was cute. The breakfast was average. There was no one monitoring access to the water park, which was concerning for safety. The furniture in the lobby was stained badly.

Checked in- room wasn’t ready so we were reassigned, but staff wanted us to be certain we knew it wasn’t his fault. Mini fridge froze sodas and water, so I cleaned up where coke had exploded in fridge. Elevator was scary-lots of thunks and shifting. Pool out of service, but they worked very hard to get it back into service. My guess is that management doesn’t put much emphasis on maintenance, but is quick to blame staff.
