Over all an amazing stay. The ONLY “issue” I would have is that the breakfast isn’t very good. It’s okay-ish. Besides that, everything was amazing. The room was outstanding and clean.

It was very convenient to the airport. Nicely decorated and had a great shower.

This hotel has a new feel and is clean. It has a better breakfast than most and a GREAT shower. The only negative for me is that I requested an 8 a.m wake-up call but the front desk must not have known how to use the auto phone so the darned thing woke me at 1:50 am! That upset my sleep cycle.

The bed was pretty rough and the pillows were absolutely miserable. On top of that, the smell was absolutely atrocious. However, the lady at the front desk and the shuttle driver were both absolutely awesome people! Extremely helpful and nice - there was absolutely nothing wrong with the customer service* Unfortunately, just not a great level of comfort!

Staff and rooms very nice w hot tub a nice perk. Complementary shuttle to St Pete airport a nice perk and short staff came through when I connected to them but that barely happened bc when I called in I was inmediately put on hold wo opportunity to get word in edgewise. Kept getting put back on hold for 15 min before sent to vm which said if related to a shuttle ride, I should wait 20 min and call again (for which I lacked the time due to transportatiin schedule). Thing is I could have scheduled in advance but each time I asked at front desk, I was told to just call in (after returning rental car for ride back to pack and check out). Eventually started walking but tried one last time and got through to a woman who immediately came and picked me up. Close streasful call though. Also fyi: if willing to take bus to Tampa airport, the 300X picks up nearby (10min walk requires crossing boulvard at stoplight), takes 30min to TPA and costs $2.25 (versus $30-60 for uber/taxi). Just research times in advance at ptsa website/phone.

Hotel was great. The staff was very kind and assisted me by letting me check in early.

Stayed here with the wife visiting from Jacksonville for the Morgan Wallen concert in Tampa. Its across the bridge however the hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the rooms and shower seemed newly updated. Overall a great stay!

Extremely clean!! Very quiet. Convenient to the airport and right next to Cracker Barrel.

Entire floor had a musty smell, poor indoor air quality

Just in town for 2 nights. Cracker Barrel next door was nice. Can barely hear the airport activity. Would stay again.

Great Stay All Around -- BUT -- Fridge froze my food n drinks SOLID (Even after I put it on its lowest setting). Small gripe, and a common problem. Everything else was Grade 90 or above

Nothing in the room was damaged or broken, mattress in good condition with no lumps or broken springs, air conditioner runs continuously and is easy to sleep to, shower had hot water and did not make crazy sounds. The office chair could have been better but could have been far worse. Wifi is unfortunately slow but even the Hilton I was meeting at had problems. Definitely would check in again.

Friendly staff, cleaned our room after one night and made the bed, hot tub and pool were nice. We did not like how steamy it got in our whole room due to the bath room… ventilation must not be good, also it is a walk in shower and water got everywhere in the floor. The steam from our bathroom made the whole room feel damp

My view was the property is in need of an upgrade. Staff was friendly but the overall appearance of the property, including my room was in dire need of an upgrade
