Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America

Breakfast could use some improvement. They need a new breakfast hot food system! Food was luke warm. The kitchen staff kept taking the hot food back to kitchen to reheat. I’m concerned for food safety!! Breakfast was Lacking healthy and/or gluten free options! Need fruit options besides bruised apples and bananas. Coffee was Luke warm and tasted like it was out from the day before! Staff was friendly aside from one front desk employee who seemed upset at me when she say that I got a “lower than usual” online rate. Need bigger trash cans in room. I was in a pet friendly room. The floors were kinda gross. I recommend that maybe they remove the carpet altogether if it can’t be kept clean. Other than the carpets, the hotel seemed clean.

I booked this hotel for my 80 year old parents coming to town. The ADA room was comfortable for them and the breakfast was more than what they expected. It is nice to have a hotel option in the Snoqualmie area besides the lovely, but pricey, Salish Lodge and the mediocre motels in North Bend. This is perfect for visiting family!

We had a great stay! Everything was clean and comfy, staff was polite and helpful, breakfast in the morning was good. The hotel is a five minute walk from several good restaurants for dinner, which we loved. Our only small request would have been to have the pool a few degrees warmer in the winter. It was super fun for the kids, but short lived because we all got cold.

A very nice place to stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms are neat and clean. I only stayed for one night, but I would love to come back again.

Easily the best hotel experience I have ever had. The cleanest most respectful staff in the land. I think this experience was so good because it’s Chinese owned. Just top to bottom flawless experience. Ps don’t miss the morning breakfast! It Was restaurant quality and also has so many options. Only thing I could complain about is no hot tub:( but does have a pool:)

This was the perfect location for a visit to Camlan. The staff were warm and friendly, everything was so clean and it was a wonderful stay.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we got to Hotel America it was clean and specious and the employees were very kind and helpful. We will definitely be coming back for another stay when we want to visit the area again.

We stayed here during a major regional wind storm and the staff was absolutely wonderful in accommodating us and the other guests in what was obviously a difficult situation with the weather predicament. I would definitely stay here again. Hotel was very clean.

The staff were wonderful! I worked with 3 or 4 of the male staff members and they were all so kind and accommodating. Every time I entered and exited, I was warmly greeted. I called ahead to request an accommodation change and they went above and beyond to help. The room we stayed in was incredible with gorgeous views! For a “budget” hotel, I think this might have been one of the nicest stays I’ve ever had. The location is also perfect to get on the highway or be accessible to the local restaurants and facilities. We did stay here to escape NYE fireworks, and unfortunately they were still audible but that is no fault of theirs. Definitely worth a visit!

Good for a quick get away with the kids. Went sledding at the pass and swam in the pool. All was good.

Stayed on our way to visit family and friends for the holidays, excellent choice.

nice hotel

This hotel is so nice. Super clean, like everything is. We upgraded for 20 dollars to a double queen studio, the room was huge and nice. The staff is probably the friendliest hotel staff I've ever had, and we stay in a lot of hotels. This was actually one if the nicest rooms as well. The studio has a pull out couch, so we all had our own beds. Seriously though, everyone was so friendly there. My parents had someone above them making a bunch of noise. The staff was unable to get it to stop, which was a little weird, but they moved my parents to the top floor, and hooked them up with some stuff. The manager, i believe his name was Boula, he was cool. I know, strange to think management is cool at a random hotel, but he is cool. Itself 30-40 minutes from the summit, but well worth it. Just the awesome free breakfast is worth that travel time. We are definitely staying here again.
