Angel checked me in and was super helpful, shai helped me stay another week at a decent rate and was a sweetheart.. and Miranda took care of the new reservation and was super helpful and kind. The guests I met were friendly and I felt like I was with a big warm family down to the room service personnel.

Rachel and Miranda were incredibly helpful to ma and my dog as we were evacuees from the fires in Los Angeles that arrived with nearly nothing. They made us feel like we had family and provided so many resources and tools for us. Forever grateful for their kindness and extraordinary compassion.

It’s an old property. The beds are very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are dated. Location is good. Everything was average. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the fact that had to pay for parking when it was extremely abundant. I found out after the fact when checking in at 12 AM at night that there was a $10 per night for parking. I was a bit put off by this.

Dog friendly hotels are great but not if they poop in the elevator, staff forgot to release my deposit called 3 times finally someone knew what to do. Unfortunate experience

I called in at 2:30 PM to see if I can check in little earlier, the lady who answered the phone was very rude and without any tone of respect she said no check in before 4 PM and hung up.
After I checked in, I realized the room was dirty, the couches should have been replaced, bathroom has mold on the wall, the door and the surrounding is disgusting plus no hot water.
I decided to check out early, I asked if I can get my receipt they informed me the charges will only be from Expedia and they don’t have any invoice for me. 3 days later I got parking charged and I don’t have any invoice for that.

Mark from the front desk was very nice and helpful getting me into my room was able to check us in before check in time and has amazing customer service. how ever room it’s self was not cleaned properly. Tv stand had.cobwebs and there was an old suitcase zipper on the floor and led pencil caps from previous people before us. Also pool had no clean towels for us.
