Got the same room as a week ago. In the same condition as before. Red stain on the carpet...blood? Dirty/used furniture with stains and rips. Closet still smells like a million wet swim suits have dripped on the carpet. Bed is as hard as or harder than a rock. But hey, I did have a hot shower this time. Pictures attached.

We had a nice getaway. Our room was nice and spacious. Great amenities like basketball and swimming pool too!

We are a big family looking for a suite to accommodate our 5 kids so we thought this would work for us. 2 older kids on the bed and 3 smaller kids on the couch. But the couch bed had outlived its life. It was real uncomfortable. Beds were not comfy either. But on the bright side, great custom

Chairs and couches had rips in them and looked like 1000 homeless people had slept on them. Called for housekeeping and was told they only come once a week but that they would come get garbages and bring towels. They never came. Room was big...two rooms, kitchen and living room, but walk in closet in master room smelled terrible. The bathroom smelled better than the closet. Big red stain on carpet by nightstand. Nail polish? Blood? Shower water was warm at best. Cold enough that I had goosebumps and wanted to go get in the hot tub when I got out of the shower. Won't be surprised if we left with bed bugs, lice or something else crawling. The shampoo took 30 pumps to get enough out to wash my hair, and yes, I counted. Worst part is that we are staying there again at the end of the week after our trip up to the redwoods. If you can afford to stay somewhere else, I wouldn't hesitate to do so. The good things: Kitchen had plenty of dishes to eat and cook on. Continental breakfast had some hot foods. The airplanes flying over can't be heard if you turn up your sound machine loud enough. The bed linens seemed to be clean. Plenty of free parking. Close to the airport. I'll add pictures after my next stay at the end of the week.

Facility little old and tired, but it was OK for the price. Staff, really nice and the breakfast was good.

Great value for money! 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite the same price as a standard room at other hotel chains. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

The staff at the Sonesta were remarkably friendly and helpful. From the first phone call to the final question for the front desk, folks were friendly, relaxed, and professional.

Directly under the flight path (so many planes). Loud neighbors with no regard for people sleeping (stomping up and down the stairs at 2 am). Old and disgusting furniture (had to put sheets on everything). Good price. Friendly staff. Fantastic continental breakfast.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! Upon arrival, the customer service representative greeted us warmly, and check-in was quick and easy. We were given clear directions, a parking slip, and a map to help us find our room. Additionally, we received helpful information about breakfast hours and the pool's operating times. As we settled into our room, we were pleasantly surprised by how cozy and homelike it felt—it truly was a home away from home. The room featured two separate bedrooms and a small kitchenette, which was perfect for our family. We appreciated the full set of dishes, silverware, and cookware, making it easy to prepare a quick meal together. My family had an amazing time and we would absolutely choose to stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Please make sure your concierge person is always in the front not in the back office. They are not that friendly. Always on the phone and when you get their attention, they would sigh as if you were bothering them. Train them to acknowledge their guests not the other way around that they would just stare at you. Anyway, we liked the location and we liked that the bedrooms are separated with each own bathroom. Food could be better during breakfast not repeat from yesterdays.

Definitely i will stay here again my kids love this place, nice, confy, and clean , the only problem if you are a light sleeper you can hear the planes taking off:)
