Check in was fine. They charge $5 for parking now which is new because I stay here a lot and have never had to pay for parking before. Room is clean and spacious. Enjoyed my hot shower.

The people that work there are accommodating to the locals not to travelers passing thru. It's like an extended stay for the neighborhood. It's not a good neighborhood. I still haven't received my deposit back and it's been quite a few days. If I were on drugs and lived a life of crime I'd stay there and get in good with the manager and my life would be set. I just want an easy payment system a friendly front desk and to not hear people drinking outside late at night. But the room was same cleanliness as a super 8 I guess not bad but not good

The heater didn’t work. Called the front desk and what told they were sending the maintenance person, no one ever came. The towels were stained & the lights stop working in the bathroom. Also the key card stopped working a few times, had to keep going to the front office.

The property is centrally located. The room was clean, but we needed a extra blanket and pillow. Walked to the front desk to ask for them, but had to wait for room services to bring it. Took over 2hrs. The breakfast was ok, and front desk service was fast and polite.. Also there's a $5.00 nightly fee to park. Which wasn't on the site.

The place was very dirty and run down, mold on ceilings nothing was wiped down, smelled horrible bedding did not smell clean lights didn't work and rust in toilet and tub nothing tub and sink wouldn't drain door knobs broken breakfast was a mess

Usually i have no problems but this stay wasn't as satisfyingly. The sink in our restroom barely drained, the water backed up quickly we had to use the kitchen sink instead. There was dog poop around the property,had to watch where we walked. The african girl that works as the breakfast attendant was hella rude. So breakfast ends at 9:30, we showed up at 9:00 but pretty much everything was out incuding the coffee. Kindly asked her questions if she had more food coming out or if there anymore coffe or milk for cereal she ignores you, ask again and she says ask the manager with a rude tone. Literally had eveything out and started shutting down early. There was no coffee, no juice all the bags were taken out of machine, no milk for cereal. She clearly had lot of peple asking for coffee but her answer was the same every time. We ended up going across the street to mcdonalds instead. Sonesta is always my go to place when visiting, stayed here multiple times but this time wasnt as good. Kinda disappointing not sure if i should take my business else where next time. 🤔

The hotels location was very convenient. It was right by the mall and a lot of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. It did have a musty smell when we first walked in, but the staff brought air freshner right away and it did the trick. We felt very safe walking from the parking lot to our room.
