Sonesta Simply Suites Cleveland North Olmsted Airport

So, I stayed here for 3 nights and the experience could have been a lot better. During my stay, I never even got my room serviced while staying there. I requested for extra towels to be sent to my room and I was told I can just pick them up at the front desk as if this not a hotel that I PAID for!!! One of supervisors tells me that you have to stay 30 plus days to get your room serviced due to "policy”.Then my key stop working to get into my room. I go to the front desk and asked if I can get my key reactivated, she asked me what room # so I told her then she asked what’s the name on the reservation and I told her. Then turn around and asked me for my ID to unlock my door(my ID was in the room that was locked). I showed her my Apple ID where it haves my name picture and still proceeded to say she needs ID because she don’t know if it’s me or not. I go upstairs to get into my room and the front desk staff is calling the hotel phone for me to come back down to show her my ID. I will admit there were some nice staffs there but the overall experience was terrible definitely won’t book there again!

Check in and out was fast. Room so very clean with the softest sheets and bed. I felt like I was sleeping in a cloud

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet while we were there. The property was clean. The staff was great. The only issue we had was the shower didn't drain well.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the overall construction of the room. You usually will find design flaws in painting, caulking, etc. none of that!! I asked for quiet, and I got it. The staff were very pleasant and accomidating. Though I didn’t need it, it was nice to have the kitchenette available. Parking was nice to, not a mile away from the entrance.

Stay was great right until I was woken up with the housekeeper yelling at me that I was not supposed to be in my room. Was EXTREMELY rude. Then I get a phone call asking me to prove I had a reservation. She finally said oops are mistake.

I am extremely hesitant when booking hotels that I have never been to. This hotel was wonderful. Cleanliness is of the most highest importance. The room was extremely clean and neat. Hallway floors were free of lint, dirt and debris. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. I will return very, very soon and will use this hotel as my frequent choice of temporary accommodations when traveling. Thank you for excellent customer service!

The property is clean, quaint and welcoming. Upgraded TVs and actual remotes to allow guests to use a FireStick would be helpful.

I was truly surprised with how nice the room was. It was clean and comfortable. For the price, it was excellent. It needs a little sprucing up, but for the price, it was wonderful.

Expedia’s rules on cancellation are significantly different from its competitors for the same property. Color me gone to Trivago.

The receptionist was rude and not solution oriented. My reservation was confirmed and she was very dismissive even seeing the confirmation email from me as the customer. And refused to offer any solution and had me waiting over an hour while contacting Expedia who also confirmed the reservation.

Relaxed atmosphere and all the comforts of home in the suite. Excellent service from the staff. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when in Cleveland.

Had limited cooking utensils . Poor stove ventilation .

The room was as advertised, no suprises. The $5 parking fee (for 1 overnight stay) added to the bill was a surprise Free 24/7 coffee was nice to have Bring your own tea bags, although they still provide free hot water for it

Sonesta Simply Suites worked great for us. Very friendly staff which we first met when we registered. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Room was spacious and comfortable. Next time in Cleveland we’re going to stay here.
