Not great area

In need of some major maint.

Very good, except the bath tub stopper didn’t work…. So no relaxing bath….

Nice clean place to stay . The staff are friendly.

We loved the door to the bedroom. My husband could get up early and shut the door so I could sleep in 👍

Several rooms on my floor had signs on the doors. The rooms were deemed unlivable for humans. I didn't notice this until the afternoon of day three.

I worked all night and just wanted a place to watch the football game and sleep for a bit. When I arrived I couldn’t get the TV to turn on with the remote. I called the front desk and they said you have to turn it on by hand. When I finally got it turned on, the only channel showing the football game was not working. I called the front desk again and they sent a maintenance guy who was very nice. He said he would try to get it working or move me to another room. A good 20 minutes passed and still waiting to hear from the front desk while I’m sitting watching the game on my phone. I called the front desk once again and was told they had to call someone to get the channel working (CBS). A few minutes later I received a call from the front desk saying it was on. I turned the TV on by hand and yes it was on. The experience was very disappointing. Also to mention that expedia said this hotel was very good. It was mediocre to be totally honest. I would rate it below average. While the room seemed clean, the place was very run down. Stains in the carpet and walls. The furniture seemed old and run down. The floors in the hallways were dirty and disgusting. On top of all that, they had be put down a $250 incidental deposit. I asked why and they said because of the “suite” appliances in the room which I did not use and felt like I didn’t know about this much of a deposit upon arriving. Seems high for such a poorly kept and run down property. The people working there are very nice.

The kitchen in the suite was super nice to have during my stay.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating for my dog. The property is fenced in plenty of parking.

Nice clean rooms. Staff was on top of their game. Fantastic customer service. Because of them I will definitely be using Sonesta again.

The hotel was tucked away and very quiet which I absolutely loved. We went for a walk to the park right behind the hotel and seen horses, goats, and roosters. This was very fun for my son. It was great that pets are allowed and even better that the rooms are in good shape and very clean!

Our room was very nice and clean. It was a good quality for the cost.
