It was unfortunate that there was no hot water. We stayed here last year and still had the same problem.

No hot water the second day

The only thing negative for us was we reserved 3 rooms all with same last name. I sent hotel note to place us together. Their idea was 3 different floor one above the other. On positive side we were able to run up and down the stairs as we were right next to stairs. Place was clean comfortable and close to what we were there for.

It was a decent hotel the temperature controls. Didn't function properly, and the TV was older. With not a lot of options for channel selection

My Room was Terrible cracked paint with hole in the wall where u hang your towels at platter cracked from top of ceiling all way to bottom of floor work giant bubble in it plus dust vent no cover worn dust i in it that had never been cleaned. No 1 would come cover it up either had to stick towels in it rite over toilet in case if anything crawled out of it and plus allergic to dust it's in sanitary, discussing to breathe that in it was last room they claim room needs to be closed of and renovated. Plus the couch cushion seat had a how in it with the white foam showing and couch looks 100 years old drops all around it on the corners. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR $120 for 1 nite. U would think better service and looking rooms in the Suburb of Novi. I have pictures that don't lie with time stamps. There's other things wrong with room again

If you need a bed and a shower for a few nights, it's definitely that. For anything beyond that I would recommend looking elsewhere. The employees who checked me in and out were pleasant and polite. No issues there. Housekeeping and maintenance are not on site after check in hours. Our toilet backed up and when we called for assistance we were grumpily told maintenance was gone and "you can come over here and get a plunger, I guess." Having to fix the problem ourselves is fine, but the flippant attitude was unwelcome. I suppose we were lucky it was such a minor issue. The rooms were mostly clean, excepting what looked like a dried blood spatter on our bathroom door. The bathroom itself was relatively clean, but the ceilings were cracked and uneven from the moisture. Kitchen and refrigerator were clean and spacious. The hallways of the building were dim and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors talking and one of the nights we heard running and jumping from the room above us. The property is in a quiet area and away from the roads so there was no outside noise. Overall, I would not choose this property again. The location is convenient, but there are a variety of other hotels/extended stay properties in that area.

My room was very clean. 10 for the bathroom

I would not stay here again. They are unapologetically filthy. Could not sit on the couch because it had so many stains of something being spilled all over it, there was black mold present in the shower, the coffee pot had old coffee it in, and when I opened the part to put the coffee grinds in, there were old coffee grinds with MOLD all over them. 0/10 I do not recommend this place.

Staff were wonderful, unfortunately the rooms and furnishings were a bit run down and a lot of noise at night

Our room smelled like cat urine

Amazing stay in a 2 bedroom with a coworkers for privacy. Extremely comfortable beds, good thermostat, and nice to have a full kitchen for a 3 night business trip

I reserved 2 two bedroom suites. In 302 the living room tv was broken and the microwave didn't work in 301 the coffee pot was broken and the let out couches were disgusting

We weren’t informed prior to booking NOR at the front desk that there would be construction (a circular saw and jackhammer) happening IN THE PARKING LOT at 7am. The hotel refused to take accountability or responsibility. My husband and I have had wonderful experiences at Sonesta hotels before- never again.

It was clean. Bed was not great.

Great staff. Full kitchen was nice, but the tap water tastes horrible. Bring bottled if you are going.

We were very pleased with the suite we stayed in. It was clean and fully stocked. If in the area we'd stay again.

The suite is actually quite adequate and roomie. The problem is the cleanliness with a broken down unusable pullout bed, a dirty carpet and lots of dirt on the walls and windows. The lamp shades and curtains are stained. The general surfaces are clean, but the condition is just so worn down.

Could definitely use some upkeep and maintenance, but staff on hand was friendly and supportive. Plenty of room in the 2 BR units, just lots of wear and tear that needs a quality maintenance dept.
