Reservation for 2 people for 4 days should mean to have soap, tissue and towels equipped for that length of stay. The security guard was always asleep at his post. Handwritten list of reachable phone numbers taped to the lobby desk. Very unprofessional. For the price I'd return, but would definitely be supplying my own toiletries.

Roaches and broken furniture … but the staff was fantastic. Nicest people EVER!!!

The hotel is very, very dirty. The hotel has roaches. It is in really bad condition.

It is inhumane for the conditions of this establishment. There is roaches everywhere, walls, and carpet is filthy! The water was out for a full day. The management would not accommodate me. Terribly disappointed.

The building need to be torn down.

Room had to be cleaned by manager. Kept being locked out due to dead door battery. Refrigerator ran like a scat cat. They shut down the front desk at midnight. Never got to stay 1 night, no rooms available. Trying to keep my refund..

The hotel has spider webs in the room. Also, there was no hot water after I came in from work approximately 5:45p.m. I could not cook, so I went to Bed hungry. I could not shower. I had to go to bed sweaty, and dirty. I checked to see if the hot water had restored at 2 a.m. still no hot water. This has been the worse hotel stay ever for the price I am paying I should have better amenities. Please help.

I walked in and saw how bad it was and couldn’t lay down for n nothing in there … it had a bad smell and the ppl was bad .. they didn’t wanna accommodate and no refund or compromise or nothing.

Now that I know I can leave a picture,next time I will. The first room we stayed in was filthy. Food was in the ac there had to be children in that room. There was a spill on the rug cookies spreaded throughout the room. The floor and bathroom floor both were extremely sticky. I don't even know if the sheets were clean I flipped over one of the pillows and it was yellow we brought our own pillows because that's usually a bad experience anywhere. Also this place for us is known to be filthy so we usually bring our own cleaning supplies but needed a vacuum cleaner at this first room 312 but the night clerk said that they could not give me a vacuum cleaner the cleaning people's room was locked and the cleaners were going for the day. The other room 140 was clean. Also the two 2 managers gave me until until 1 pm to vacate. That was nice they even remembered me from 2023. However I did not appreciate them telling me to find another place to stay assuming I would not have money to stay there. But I can find a cheaper hotel

Checked into the hotel and went inside my room the bed was unmade. Food was still in the sink water leaking from the sink and hotel would not refund me my money.

great rate and SUPER friendly staff. If I end up in the area again I will definitely stay here.
