Clean facility with friendly staff. The building is a little older but the rooms appear updated in the last 5-10 years. The rooms are very functional with kitchen, desk, reclining chair. Bed was comfortable. Good place for the money.

The staff was very polite,and greeting, the rooms were very clean, and smells fresh, the only thing I wish the rooms were more spacious! But overall, I enjoyed my stay and we will return again!

I only stayed one night but the experience was an amazing friendly staff ,location very quiet.room clean really nothing to complain about .they have a kitchen in your room and supplies in the lobby if you want to cook (not for full blown meals ofc

They charged random fees. And the hallways had a very weird smell. The workers wasn’t very helpful and over all not worth the money when there’s 3 other hotels in the same lot

NOISE. Room above me running a LOUD vacuum at 12:40 AM, heard voices until 3 AM when I had to get up for work at 6 AM.
Televisions in main oom and bedroom did not work consistently, had to have front desk reset TV's every time I wanted to watch TV.
Constant smell of marijuana.

The hotel's location was convenient for my needs, but my experience was disappointing overall. I specifically chose this property because the booking site indicated breakfast was included. However, upon arrival, I was informed that breakfast is not included—despite the listing suggesting otherwise. I learned that other travelers had also been misled by this inaccurate information.
On the evening of check-in, there was only one staff member working, and she was absent from the front desk for over 20 minutes. When she finally returned, she was visibly stressed and explained that she was responsible for cleaning 20 rooms and managing the front desk simultaneously. She was pushing around a cleaning cart with a vacuum and mop while trying to assist guests, which seemed like an unreasonable workload for any employee.
As for the property itself, it was in fair condition, but I noticed several issues: stained doors, exposed wires running from the ceiling into a nearby room, and outdated appliances in my room. These factors combined made for a less-than-satisfactory stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I enjoyed the stay, the only thing that bothered me was that there was a $5 parking fee??? I have stayed at numerous hotels in the area, i have never seen a parking fee charged for guests. I could understand downtown in a city, not Warren/Sterling Heights.

When you go into the hallway, smells like Someone smoking weeds. Even in the room. It’s a non-smoking room, but it smells like someone smoke weed in there, very old furniture, and need to upgrade.

I had a one bed room suites when I say dirtyyyy it was terrible from the couches , lazy boy, the DISHES still had food in it my body wash dispenser EMPTY no towels nor any dish detergent neither … I guess you get what you pay for though
