I only didn't like that the bathroom has not way to be lock. Even my two-year old can open the door. No privacy at all. No one pickup my trash until I call to get bags to do it by myself. However. The associate who delivered more towels and bags nicely took my trash once I mention that was the need for the bags.
Breakfast was excellent and the people in charge were upstanding and polite. The inside and the outside property was clean and neat.
My kids were so happy to stay in this hotel. We have never been disappointed with we use SpringHills.

Beautiful hotel with magnificent rooms. For a smaller end hotel especially in Vegas, it was absolutely magnificent. Definitely worth staying at this hotel and I’d do it again tenfold.

We just checked in and taking the shower but no more conditioner? We called the front desk but she said if I want it I have to go downstairs to the front desk and get it otherwise no one does it?????? We’re been staying at Springhill all the time when we are traveling but now no more. The service was very badly.

This hotel will charge you extra parking fee of $10 per night after you check in. They explained there will be a security guard in the parking lot but we never saw one.
The front desk is unprofessional, as when I called back and tried to ask for a refund, they purposely avoided dealing with it and even disrespected my last name.
Overall, my experience with this hotels customer service was good until check out. The way they deal with a customer’s questions or problems is not worthy of a 4 star ranking.

We booked in November 2023 when the hotel was new for our October 2024 trip. Hotels.com said we could check in at 18. When we arrived, we were told we had to be 21 to check in. The staff was very kind and helpful in this situation!! Just keep this in mind when booking. Our stay was fantastic.
