Helpful staff and clean hotel

The person at the register gave us the keys to the wrong room twice. The second time, someone was already in the room!

I like about this property is the convenient of everything and friendly staff in the morning. When we check in around 5:00 pm staff was not helpfull at all. He did is ask ID and no explanation about why we charge you this much for deposite or your wifi password. Pool needs improvement. Clean pool is necessary.

Spent one night while on the road for business. SpringHill has very nice, spacious rooms. This property doesn't feel "new" anymore, but it is in very good condition. The breakfast was decent, the staff was friendly. Disappointments included smaller, thinner bath towels that I've seen in other SpringHill properties and the soap and shampoo dispensers in the walk-in shower were empty.

We went for one night with our friends. The room was VERY COMFORTABLE & CLEAN. We are traveling to Florida in March. We will need hotels on our way down & coming back home. I definitely will be looking for Spring Hill Suites.

When I entered the hotel around 4pm, no one was at the desk to help me check in. I waited for about 10 minutes before I was asked if I was checking in by the receptionist. Upon arriving at my families room, we found about 7 ladybugs all over the ceiling, windows, curtains, etc. There were two dead (smashed) ladybugs on the ceiling. The ladybugs kept coming in somehow. I killed 5-6 in our two night stay. To have access to wifi for your phones or other devices, you have to sign up for the “membership”. The WiFi on the TV was horrible. For Netflix to load, it took about 10 minutes each time. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows had little to no cushion. The wires on the AC/ heater unit were exposed. We had a 6 month old with us which made this super unsafe.

Great location Everything smelled clean as soon as we walked in the lobby. The room, linens, towels and bed were very clean but couch could have used a cleaning and the caulking around the shower was moldy. Staff was really friendly and check-in was quick. Unfortunately the mattress was not very comfortable. Overall it was pretty good but I’d try another place next time simply because of the mattress.

Upgraded to a large, handicapped room, as it was the only King bed room left on the property upon our check-in. Room was spacious, clean. Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels. Hallways had a musky, almost smoky aroma, which was not pleasant, however, our room smelled fresh and clean. Signed up for text message advising when our room was ready for check-in. However, didn't get the text until we walked into the room. Very odd Staff was polite. Only downside to our stay -- someone triggered fire alarm, causing the hotel to empty at 12:30am for a false alarm (management thought someone tried smoking in their room??) That was very unpleasant.

The property was fine but the guest services about getting clean towels was less than desirable.

We stayed one night, on the tail end of a longer trip. The hotel was clean, had a pleasant smell, and the room was very spacious. The continental breakfast was definitely above average and had options. The only negative thing was the pool area. The waterfountain was full of rust and looked dirty, as did the pool itself, which appeared to have a green algae/mold issue. If they improve that area, this would easily be a 5 star place.

Had a great time for a quick weekend getaway.

If you want to get some sleep ask for a room that's not above their courtyard. My huband and I stayed in room 312 which even though was on the 3rd floor, was right above their courtyard area. People were partying till 2AM. And there is apparently no sound proofing in this hotel because we could hear everything. Talking to the front desk did nothing. Not only did we have to deal with the noise but the cleaning and maintenance people can't be bothered to do their jobs either. A razor from the last guest was left in our shower. The faucet was completely loose and about ready to come out. Wires were showing from the heating and cooling unit. And 2 of the 4 bulbs surrounding the bathroom mirror were burnt out. Among other things. My husband and I had stayed in this hotel a couple years ago and really enjoyed it but they must have sold it to someone who does not care about the guest experience. Breakfast was also really lacking. Not even a meat option. Cooked options were scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. We won't be back.
