You could use a public restroom in the lobby for travelers arriving after very long trips

Stayed for one day. Very clean room. Beds were comfortable. Had a mini kitchen. Overall a pleasant stay.

Our stay was perfect. We walked to most attractions. Hotel was nice and clean.staff was very friendly. Parking, though a bit pricey, was in a garage down below and nice and secure.

Very clean with a small kitchen and large bedroom space. Great area for GWU drop off or pick up.

It is an older property, but well maintained. The kitchen is an added convenience, along with the dressing room, that is adjacent to the bathroom. I would definitely stay there again. The on site parking is reasonably priced.

Ok it’s a good location to get around, staff was helpful and efficient, big room, VERY comfortable bed. Odd kitchen but not important, important is comfy bed, big room, and clean. We stayed here during holiday time, just before inauguration and was impossible to get a luxury hotel last minute and this, while not a luxury hotel, was very accommodating and met our needs.

Appreciated the on site parking garage. The Garden Cafe had a lovely selection of items, convenient, and friendly staff.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect.

We were charged $500 for 1 night out of no where when all the rest of the days were around $150-180 and there was no explanation from the front desk. There was no air conditioning available for our room so we were drenched in sweat at night and the only suggestion from the staff was to open the window; however, this is unsafe on the first floor. Our room was right next to the front desk, the elevator and a utility closet so we heard a slam of equipment, people yelling on and off the elevator and front desk people all hours of the day causing severe lack of sleep. Our tub didnt drain at all and had to be pumped while we were in the room and after the 2nd shower it returned to thr same state. The only good thing about this very outdated hotel was the somewhat close proximity to the Lincoln Memorial and kind of the mall area. The breakfast provided is outrageously priced and is subpar at best. Extremely displeased with this experience.

The room was large and spacious, the bed very comfy, but the hotel is dated. There was no fan in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient. Also, I would suggest that they change the lightbulb to warm yellow, instead of cold white, it would make the room feel a lot more cosy. The location of the hotel is great, and overall we are very happy with our stay because the price was so good.
