Do not have an emergency from 2:30 am- 9:30 am no one will answer and nobody will be around to help. As a parent that’s very unfortunate because anything can happen.

Love the staff here front desk Bianca is a major help with a lot of things she is also very kind and polite I would definitely recommend the stay here nice heated pool jacuzzi and kiddo pool

No hot water showers didn’t work rooms were nasty bedding pillows were gross no ice rooms smelled like mold and mildew never again.

This hotel was great. Our room was clean and had so much space. I was pleasantly surprised that the room actually matched the pictures, it’s so hard to find this. Only complaint we had is that the door was a little warped, so the bottom of the door could be pushed in a bit. Overall it was a good place to stay and we will be back.

It was nice but when I checked in, no one was at the door for a while. I had to wait outside for a long time. The laundry room onsite was consistently in use with people not getting their laundry for hours. Literally hours. The stay was overall good in every other area. The orange juice shop outside was nice
