Overall nice staying experience

The stay was great overall for the price. The locality was calm and good. The reception staff (Ali) was very helpful and the breakfast had a really good spread. The internet clocked upto 200mbps which was unbelievable. Only downside you can say that the building amenities are a bit old and there is noise if you get a room near elevator but everything was working fine.

Very organized,peaceful..Would definitely visit again..The kitchen sink needs some drainomax it keeps clogging. The toilet bowl keeps running all night. Constantly have to go uncover the bowl and lift the latch inside the bowl to stop the water from running. Everything else was great. Room 205

Great place to stay!

This is not my first time staying at the Staybridge Suites. The service at check-in was polite. It's useful to have complimentary laundry facilities available but once again only one washing machine was working. Same situation in the summer when I stayed at the same location. Same machine was broken down. It would be better if the property invested in upgrading the machines. The property is in need of repairs. Room smelled stale and musty. I had to spray it with peppermint oil to kill the smell so I could sleep comfortably. The lamps were filthy with what appeared to be months worth of dirt caked on them. When I used Lysol wipes to clean them I was appalled at what came off. I wish I could upload the photos I took. Some of the side doors stopped working with key card entry. You could only exit and not enter through them.

Clean and quiet. Staff are helpful and polite. Quality stay especially for the price. I will stay there again.

Clean room but the hallway outside my room smelled like cat pee in the small area near my door. The rest of the place was fine.

The room was nicely appointed and the bed was especially comfortable. Some of the access doors around the building didn’t work so we had to walk quite a distance to the main entrance but no other complaints. It was great.

The stay was fine. Room and bed were nice. Staff was great as they put us close to an exit door as we had our dog with us. The bathroom could use some love, you can see where the moisture started to impact the door.

Clean, good parking

The property was close to attractions and it’s a nice property. We rented 4 rooms. One of the rooms was given in error (not the king suite we paid for higher). The staff was hesitant to switch saying all the rooms were full. Only after mentioning that we paid a higher price for the king suite (and not the queen) did the switch was made. The new room given didn’t have heat that was working. The staff did their best and tried to get it working for an hour, and then had to switch us for another room. In all, we switched 2 times and didn’t get a final room until post midnight.

breakfast lady was on her toes and kept the dining area clean and refilled the food trays. wafflemaker needs replacement.it cooks bottom side open and sunny side upwards
