Staybridge Suites LEXINGTON, an IHG Hotel

Rude lobby/front desk associate. Night of December 30th 2024, Called front desk, politely explained that the ice maker in our suite was not making ice and i asked if there was any other way to get ice. Front desk associate responded in a military style directive "LOBBY, COKE MACHINE" those are the only 3 words she repeatedly spoke no matter what i tried to say, even when i went down to the lobby and tried to inquire where in the lobby the coke machine was located(cause it's a very big lobby with alot going on in there) "LOBBY, COKE MACHINE" was her only response. I just walked around the lobby for atleast 2 minutes until i found the coke machine. I've interracted with bots that are much nicer and more friendly than that. Not acceptable in the hospitality business. We are trying to have a relaxing gateway holiday.

Nice rooms Kitchen was great for Christmas

One night stay, part of a long trip. Shirman, who checked us in was very very nice, ready to help you with anything. We had a dood night rest, bed is comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of options. Staff is pleasant.

Please front desk staff. Nice and clean rooms.

Showing a few signs of normal wear and tear, like baseboard nicks and scrapes at elevator foyer, but that's small stuff; overall very nice. I stayed here when it was first opened so I recall how perfect it was at that time.

Wonderful staff & accommodations!

It was tucked in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. Nice staff and rooms were perfect for what i needed. Definitely reccommend.

The room itself was very nice and spacious, but the customer service was terrible. I was working and ended up booking a second night. I called down to the front desk after I had booked through the app, and made sure to tell them to tell the cleaning staff that I was booked for a second night in the room and to not disturb as I was working. They assured me they would let the cleaning staff know. Not only did the cleaning staff knock on my door during the middle of a call, they ended up knocking on my door three more times over the following hour and trying to force the door open. Even though I called down to the desk every single time to tell them again that I was staying a second night, when I asked to speak to the manager, I was given the manager secretary, who went on a long diatribe about why the Housekeeping staff, were looking at the wrong information. How difficult is it to speak to the housekeeping staff directly rather than have them rely on a print out? I can understand a mistake the first time but three more times? Staff were incredibly rude and I ended up leaving even though I had paid for the night . Do NOT recommend this hotel!

We stay here every year, it’s a beautiful hotel and there are plenty of food options and they have a Starbucks next door, we enjoy staying here because it’s close to everything!!

It served my purpose
