Staybridge Suites NASHVILLE - FRANKLIN, an IHG Hotel

One of the best hotels ive ever stayed at even with having a locking issue with our door.

This was one of the nicest hotels. It was so comfortable and the staff were so kind. I loved staying there.

Franklin is a quiet and quaint area witb access to shopping ,restaurant as well as downtown Nashville.

The property is well situated in Franklin near whole foods and other smaller shops. The gym itself Is a handful of cardio equipment but otherwise well maintained. The only major problem with the hotel is the hotel doors are not properly adjusted so ever single door slams loudly. It was the worst sleep I have ever gotten at a hotel. Non stop door slamming, would not recommend this hotel to a light sleeper.

It was excellent accomodations, clean, good breakfast, good price. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We stayed 2 nights and found the property wonderful all around EXCEPT for the morning of our departure a huge cockroach was in the bathroom. We took a photo and showed the front desk. We weren’t asking for money discounts but simply to inform them. I was freaked out by this and worried that more of them were getting into our belongings. I don’t know what to think- this property otherwise seemed clean and modern.

We have found our overnight stay hotel for our New Orleans trips. It's the perfect halfway point for us. The hotel is so clean and beautiful. The staff are super friendly, and the free breakfast is amazing!!!!!!

Very friendly receptionist. A lot of variety of food at breakfast. Spacious and clean room.

Exceptionally clean & quiet. One of the better hotel breakfasts we have had. We were just passing through, so it was nice to start our day off with a hot meal before getting back on the road. Easy access to I65 & off the highway; therefore, no traffic noise. It's also close to an area filled with local restaurants.

Beds were super comfy! Check in was quick. Breakfast was great. Didn’t hear any noise in the room.

They do not clean your room at all unless you stay 4 days or more. No cleaning even then if it’s in the weekend. Now where to empty your trash if it’s full and no help if you call and ask. Called to ask for sheets and blankets for the sofa bed and they were rude and said they should be in closet. They weren’t and then said to come get them then. Just not friendly and or helpful. It this was advertised, I would not have booked there. Basic cleaning should come with the room for as much as it cost me.

Very good quality hotel. We got a 1 bedroom with a kitchen which was perfect for us and our two young kids.

Nice Property. I had booked a 2 bedroom normal configuration which was not available at check in. I received a 2 bedroom handicap excessible room. Not a huge deal but was not what I booked. Property is clean and in a nice area of town.

Love this for any of my work trips to Nashville this is an easy stay right off the highway. Close by to tons of food options too!

Excellent place to say! Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Properly clean and conveniently located. This is our 2nd time staying at this location and highly recommend. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

I booked thru Hotels.com. I booked a two bedroom suite. When I arrived at Staybridge, this hotel DID NOT HAVE any two bedroom suites. They had to give us two separate rooms, they did not even have connecting rooms. My family did NOT get to stay together. Hotels.com should not have been able to book a two bedroom suite if the hotel did not even offer that option.
