Happy with stay

Good included breakfast. Best than some we've stayed at. Hotel is a little bit tired but cannot complain about it's age as we're all getting on a bit.

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and chose the “Pay at Property” option. Then at 10PM on the check in date after a long multi-hour drive after we finally got to the hotel, we were told by the front desk that we had no reservation. It turned out that the manager attempted to charge my card late afternoon on the check in day and for some reason the payment was declined. A few hours later before we arrived the hotel the manager decided to cancel our reservation. They did not attempt to call me. We were driving and before we arrived the property, we got an automatic email from Hotels.com saying “How as your check in experience?” I was puzzled since at that point we haven’t checked in yet. So apparently the manager tried to “check in” us before we arrived, it happened that the card was declined and subsequently he decided to cancel our reservation without calling us. After we figured all this out and were told no room were available, we were forced to search for another hotel at 11PM on the first night of our vocation. Had the manager called us there would have been no issue. Had he waited a little longer for us there would have been no issue. We never even got any message saying our reservation was canceled. Hotel stay is a big part of the vocation and people plan things based on it and the entire trip depends on it. For a heartless manager to cancel someone’s reservation like this speaks volume about the character of management of the property.

Cleanliness

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The rooms were clean and relatively quiet. The beds were comfortable (the sofa bed was not). The continental breakfast did not disappoint and we were pleasantly surprised by the food/wine offerings at their social hour. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the rooms were a bit dated and the elevators took forever to arrive, we would stay again.

The stay was GREAT comfortable, clean and safe feeling. Breakfast was nice I’ll be back when in Orlando again for sure!

Check in was super fast! All associates in the building were incredibly kind. AC worked great. Literally the right beside sea world. Zero complaints.

Excellent place to stay. Walking distance to Sea World. Would stay here again

Room was very spacious and set up well for our family (2 adults, 2 children). The hotel is outdated and pool being small and in front of hotel isn’t ideal. Check in at 4pm is quite late. Check out at 11, and 10:45 housekeeping came to make sure we were checking out which I didn’t care for. Breakfast was typical, had better and def had a lot worse. Overall place was clean and price was right.

The rooms were big and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was was good. The staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
