Staybridge Suites SACRAMENTO - FOLSOM, an IHG Hotel

Staff was helpful and all interactions were pleasant. Room was clean, some of the furniture showed some signs of wear but nothing was broken or very worn out. Only draw back is the road noise. Nothing the hotel can control but coming from a quiet and small town falling asleep was a bit of a challenge due to the road noise. But overall a good stay and wouldnt hesitate to book again if we're in the area

We had a very smooth check in experience and stay in this Staybridge property at Folsom. We traveled with our two small kids and the one bedroom suite was very, very convenient. The staff were very kind, and helpful. The breakfast is definitely not as good as the other chain hotels. For example, it was a weekend and all the kids were crowding around the waffle station, but the waffle dispenser was just not working. There was only one staff member trying to replenish all the supplies and she was definitely stressed out. We had potatoes on Sunday, but not on Monday. Hot water was missing for tea. So if there’s any feedback, I would hope that they could serve better breakfast. The hotel is located very conveniently - very near to the Palladium area. Super convenient near Costco, Whole Foods, restaurants etc.

I was super impressed y the young lady that checked me in on Saturday evening. Very personable! I did not get her name, but she had red hair. Also the ladies in the kitchen were very nice. My room was nice & had a nice view.

Love this location. The staff is always extraordinary and the facility is always clean and inviting. Don't skip the breakfast from 6a-9a, its amazing.

Beds are really comfortable. TV's could've been better like having smart TVs to utilize, plus they were small screens.

My family and I had a nice trip. It was only a one night stay but it was fine.

I was here for about 13 days with my fiance. Not too many complaints; things were mostly good. I'll start with the positives: 1. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of items. They served both hot & cold items every morning. Typically, an egg dish, some meat (bacon, sausage, etc), and potatoes. They have things for making waffles, oatmeal, yogurt bowls, bagels, and more. Each morning was nice because of this. 2. Location: Folsom is a nice area. If there are bad areas in Folsom, this one isn't part of it. Walking around at night was typically very peaceful. There are lots of stores within walking distance. 3. The Room: We got a 1 bedroom suite, and it felt like the perfect middle ground between spacious and cozy. 4. Amenities: There's a laundry room, pool, fitness area, and more. The lobby always has some ice water or coffee out to be grabbed. Now some of the negatives: 1. Our Mattress: Either they have ultra soft mattresses, or we got a room with a broken one because it would sink in when we slept on it (I'm around 130 lbs, so I feel this shouldn't have been happening). 2. State of the Room: There's a nice desk in the room, but it had some peeling on the sides. The doors have scraping on the bottom of them from high use. The bedroom chair had a stain on the footrest. One of the salt/pepper shakers was broken. They don't include a cutting board in the room for meal prep, so I had to buy one. Other than that, I don't really have many complaints.

The staff at this hotel could not have been nicer. Very friendly and professional. The breakfast and social hours were a nice surprise. The pool was clean and lots of towels provided The room, a suite that was advertised to sleep 4, was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Our issue was that we had a sleeper sofa that was so uncomfortable! The first night we had them change out the mattress because the one on the sofa was stained really badly. The newer mattress that they brought us was clean but really thin. No padded mattress pad was provided. It was a hard three nights for my daughter. We even tried it on the floor and with the couch cushions underneath. I feel like a business that's whole job is comfort could do a better job with sleeper sofas and accommodating families. If we do stay there again we probably have to get two rooms.
