It was a great experience

I enjoyed the breakfast. Parking was decent. The location was quiet. The room had carpet stains and shower looked a bit dirty. Staff could have been a bit friendlier. Overall it was a decent stay.

The courtyard was very nice nd comfortable and we overall liked the location. Elaine (works in kitchen) was the absolute sweetest and made our stay memorable!

When we got there, everything was going fine. I booked a queen suite with a kitchen. We went upstairs, and the keycards I received did not work, so i had to go downstairs and retrieve new ones. After that, we went into the room, only to be suprised that the room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. Super disappointed in the room. Other than that, it was fine.

The shower in our room was absolutely horrible. Worst shower I’ve ever had. The mattress I slept on dipped in the middle all the way to the springs. Not a good stay!

Great experience for it to just be a 2 night stay. Will definitely choose this hotel if and whenever I do go back to visit.

That room was really small and only had 1 extra small trash can. i asked for a upgrade and they acted like they didn’t wanna give me one

Bathroom too small and swimming pool dirty

Room was great for our family of 5. Kitchenette area was convenient to eat as a family. Breakfast was plentiful, area was a little snug in terms of layout. Pool was good, outdoor bball court was nice addition, fitness room had all the equipment to meet needs. Overall great stay

These suites were very roomy, think 1/1 apartments. There were some limitations on the door designs in the bathroom. The free breakfast exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean. There wasn’t much to do in the area except for the west port plaza.
