Staybridge Suites WICHITA, an IHG Hotel

The property was clean, the staff was wonderful.

Xmas eve and the night manager was very gracious and welcoming along with a genuine smile of welcome.

The only issue i had was my AC unit wasn't working. I had to unplug it to turn the heat off and then when i plugged it back in it didn't work at all. Overall still a great stay and staff. Im happy to continue doing business here with my family

The front desk check in clerk was amazing. He told us about everything and was extremely helpful and welcoming. There was a wide range of breakfast items but they weren’t the greatest quality. However, the coffee and drink selection made up for it! This hotel is in an amazing area of Wichita and surrounded by places to eat, shop and hang out. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and stay here again!

Our Fridge didnt work after an hour so had to change rooms. We had food so needed it Lost a lit of time not realising it as the light was working.

Yanni, the front desk clerk, is amazingly helpul, courteous and professional.

The property is older. Needs some updating (furniture/decor) The breakfast was good when it was replenished. The weekend we were there, there were lots of people so the breakfast was depleted quickly. The room was nice. Not as clean as I'd like - Found a long blonde hair on the bed. Also, my son found atuff under the bed - papertowel & a bug.

The service was amazing. Your staff included the nicest people. Such helpful staff. My husband has Parkinson’s and uses a walker or wheelchair. Everyone was so kind

There are decent places to eat within walking distance.

The whole property was in disrepair. A broken door in the stair well made it so that you had to use the elevator constantly. Several wall outlets in the room did not work (worse they were the ones around the desk) and the maid service never removed the previous guests’ dirty sheets from the hide a bed

Was meeting friends at hotel. Check in was very easy. Desk staff was very polite and helpful, making us feel welcomed and comfortable.The room was clean and comfortable. Rate was reasonable. The facility was well maintained and clean. Our group met in the public meeting area which was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was good and offered ample choices. Overall, this hotel was very nice. I can see our group returning in the future. I m sure others will be just as satisfied as we were.

Traveling with our cat. Staybridge was welcoming and much better than La Quinta which denied us due to a policy change not on their website.

The Receptionist, Yanni, was amazing! She was kind and funny. She was also very understanding!

First of all the desk staff was really great and helpful, we didn’t have a problem with them at all. We did have to wait an extra 1/2 hour to get in our room which wasn’t a huge deal as they got us a different room that was a little bigger. Unfortunately right after getting in the room we found dog poop on the floor in the bedroom(I didn’t know there even allowed pets?). We cleaned it up and just stayed away from the window area where it was at. There was a good bit of other issues. The showerhead sprayed all over and was hard to keep the water in the shower. The door keys only worked about half the time and the keys wouldn’t work at all at the end of the hallway to the parking lot so we had to use a rock to prop it open while loading and unloading. All of the hand sanitizer stations were empty. No ice available in the hotel. Also there was something really wrong with the waffle batter, otherwise the food was not bad. The floors were super stick most likely because the juice machine leaks all over the floor. If feel like I’m rambling on but we paid a good bit to stay here and all the little things really added up to be pretty disappointing. There are several other hotels in the area so we will not stay here moving forward.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, awesome breakfast!

This Stay Bridge Hotel was a breath of fresh air. It is a bit older but extremely well kept up, clean, some nice extras and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Our room was extremely dirty. The walls were nasty carpet was stained and tile was sticky. The shower was broken and the shower curtain was dirty and moldy. We ended up not staying at the property. We went back downstairs and asked for a refund and went to another hotel.

Lots of nearby restaurants and only a short drive off of turnpike/k-96. Facility was quiet and the beds comfortable.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It was close to nice restaurants and stores. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and responsive. Great place for families.
