The staff at Staybridge Auburndale are outstanding! I've stayed here two years in a row. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful. From assistance on the phone prior to my trip to the staff member working the free breakfast, they are very pleasant to interact with. The accommodations are clean and well kept. Access to the outdoor grills is a bonus. Breakfast is always plentiful and well prepared.

Free breakfast made it convenient and the hotel was very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property was easy to find off the highway its in a busy area directly across from a McDonalds, however it was not noisy. The room was large and clean and the staff was welcoming and sent me texts during my stay to see if there were any problems that need to be addressed.

Place was clean and friendly staff. We like the kitchen in the room. Beds were comfortable. Shower in room was nice. Convenient laundry room for guests. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel. I wish there was other stuff within walking distance, but definitely not the hotel’s fault. It was clean and very comfortable and quiet.

One of the nicest and cleanest hotels we have stayed in while traveling. Rooms are spacious and have everything you could need. Excellent breakfast buffet!

Very nice hotel and staff. Very clean and comfortable. Only one complaint: Lots Of street noise. With such a nice hotel; I am surprised they did not sound proof better.

We had a wonderful long weekend with the family. The room was very specious, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Also, customer service was excellent. No cons.

This hotel was conveniently located, clean and service was great!

Wow! Were to start 😃 Plenty of free parking and plenty to do for walking. There’s an antique shop right next-door very nice. McDonald’s right next to the hotel along with a pizza place. You can walk down to the lake. The coffee is 24 hours free very good. We’re very picky with our coffee Starbucks so that was a nice plus. The room was spacious clean no issues very impressed. The kitchen was a nice size. Plenty of utensils. The TV comes off the walls So you can watch TV on the couch or the bed. The bed was very comfortable. We can stay two nights. Each morning was a different hot breakfast . The parfait area was even better. There was plenty of restaurants things to do in the area walking distance walk. The pool is small but, it’s great if you have kids because, it only goes to 5 foot. And, Vicky the front deck was awesome and so helpful. She was the best Thank you!

The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. Beds were super comfortable. However I killed two roaches in my room over night and when I let them know they told me they would be in touch. I have not been contacted. Overall it was an excellent stay but for that price I shouldn’t be killing cockroaches in my room.

The staff was very friendly, although I had issues with Hotels.com telling me the hotel wouldn't honor my lake view room nor refund the difference for me having to stay in a different room. Ironically, we were in a lake view room... but a note of importance... the Lake View room is a window facing a very noisy, busy street staring at a McDonald's across the street (among other businesses) with the lake behind them. Very misleading and not worth the bump in price.
