The friendly staff,clean quarters and walkable location was fantastic! It's close to restaurants, bars, comedy and music venues. It was perfect for either and over nigher or weekend get away. Thank you kindly! We'll definitely be back!

EV Charger was awesome! But having to go the Ruby hotel after hours was inconvenient, but we managed. Next time we will check in early.

Folks were super nice, quick walk to Knitting Factory. As a big bearded dude I didn't feel uncomfortable or notice any glaring scary folks.

Only down fall is listening to the trains go by but they do supply ear plugs! Very friendly front desk staff and they recommended very great restaurants in the area :)

Location Is Top Tier, Right Near The Heart Of Downtown Spokane, The Hotel Is Situated Right Next To The Railroad Tracks Where A Train Goes By At Least Every 30 Minutes If Not Less During The Night So If Your Easily Awoken That May Be An Issue But They Also Offer Free Ear Plugs In The Room, Customer Service Was Super Nice & Friendly, Not Much Of A Blanket Is Provided In The Rooms Its More Of A Thick Top Sheet Then Anything, They Offer Breakfast Vouchers To A Local Restaurant That Doesn’t Include Drinks, Room Was Very Clean Otherwise, Lots Of Cameras On The Exterior Of The Building And In The Parking Lot, Homeless People Tend To Hangout Under The Bridge That Is Right Next To The Hotel, Good Hotel If Your Looking For A Cheap Nights Rest Near Downtown Spokane, Price Is Super Fair For What You Get Would Definitely Stay Again

This is NOT a 3 star property. 1.5 at best. False advertising. I was going to leave though already paid but frankly I was too tired. Felt a little unsafe there as a woman by herself. The bathroom has been updated, but the room was very cheap feeling. Like “lipstick on a pig”. The staff was nice and the bed was fine. No comforter in winter, just sheet layers. If you are looking for a fairly clean 1.5-2 star hotel. This is for you. Definitely does not meet 3 star standards.

On my receipt, it says that I got a standard room which included a queen size bed. The bed that was in actuality in my hotel room was a full.

Room was clean. It was a decent room that didn't break the bank. Location was great with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Wasn't the hilton but we were happy with it. We would stay there again.
