The place was mediocre at best. Dont expect alot. We wanted to check in an hour early,$50 to do so. We waited an hour to check in. The romm was ok. 2 pillows for a queen size bed. Blanket was thin. No coffe maker. Bathroom needs alot of repairs

First room. Front door seemed like the hulk smashed it and the lock cover was smashed. And did not lock securely. Then the toilet backed up and conviently there was a very cheap plunger which did not help. And just sheets on the bed on a very cold night. Second room. TV was smashed as well. Throw up on the curtain. Which we caught later in the night. And the heater did not heat up. Both rooms looked runned down, especially the cabinets and appliances. The front doors too many room were smashed by the hulk.

Staff definitely seem like they dislike working here. Everyone I spoke with were very lackadaisical. There was always a long line in the office in order to ask a question or check-in. While I was waiting for check-in multiple people were coming back asking for a different room because their room was disgusting and wasn't cleaned. My room the shower rod was coming out of the wall, the tub had horrible stains from lack of cleaning, and even though they say no smoking is allowed, it is apparent it is not highly enforced. The area isn't bad and it's just off the highway.

The smell in the room was overwhelming and i couldn't breathe. The beds did look clean but had no blankets of any kind. Sheets only. The complete rundown appearance, holes chipping appliances,mold and poop on the toilet seat was just too much.

Customer service and front desk was horrible and unprofessional. Should not rent to the traveling public, this is an extended stay which seems to focus on the unhoused population. First room given had TV and Ironing Board missing. Bathrooms in rooms seem to be in disrepair, front doors are noisy.

They charged me twice. Paid in Orbitz and was also charged at the property. Front desk wouldn’t honor the Orbitz reservation. I had no other options and had to stay there.

No hot water, filthy, smoky, rooms weren't ready. Charged a 100 Deposit not to smoke and the room was full of smoke. Don't stay here when in town.

The person at the desk was very friendly. He did call around 8:15 pm to make sure we were still coming, so I thought that was nice.
The room. At first I thought it was a lot cleaner than it was. The paint seems new, the blankets do too. It did have a mini kitchen, which I thought looked nice but we didn’t use it. The air conditioner worked well, seems newer, and we had to use the heat in the morning and that worked nicely too. The airport wasn’t far so if you need that it’s a plus, and it wasn’t too far off the interstate.
As for clean. It was ok. The bathroom vent needs major cleaning, as do the walls. In the morning, there was a dead cockroach in the bed. Now I know it’s Florida, but. This was in the bed, not on the floor. I did not have time to talk to front desk because we had to be at an event early. But I am including the pictures I took.
I have canceled my next stay here in April. I have stayed in many lower costs motels, and this one started off better than a few.

My flight was 6 hrs late and I only got in at midnight so I had no choice but to stay
