I like nothing! Rethink staying here. When the attendant is going to suggest that four professionals checking in ( just for a few hours) that we maube trouble I should have known to go elsewhere but figure we just need a few hours as we were in town to setup up for an event. At 4am the check in desk attendant start banging on the door then proceeded to enter the room stopped only by the security chain start to tell us we're in the wrong room.....what!!! Only to discover that we are in the room that they gave us but they had preassigned that room and wanted us to move out the room at 4am...Needless to say we didn't come out at 4am but the team checked out at 9am.
Never again!
I am going to forward my concerns directly to Super8 regards to suggesting all black women checking in was need to protect the other guests and therefore needed several IDs on file.

The property staff was so great with changing our room per request upon arrival since our first room does smell cigar and i am allegic to it. We spent all night out for an important appointment and went back late and still could smell cigar smoke with out new room but was too tired to switch rooms again. So we ended up sleeping in a room which smell less cigar smoke compared to the first one. It was my bad to choose to spend less since we’ll just be in connecticut for a night.

Homeless in back of building where had to walk dog. Charged us extra for checking in an hour earlier and windows had no locks just a thin dowel in track. TV remote was taped together, wasn’t working. Received a replacement taped together but it worked. Hallways dark and door was supposed to be secured wasn’t. Short staff we were told about no cleayof toom

Part of the ceiling fell on the bed after I got up in the morning. I told the front desk and they didn’t offer to do anything about it. This reminded me why I try to never stay at a Super 8.

I will never and I repeat never stay there again. Dirty rooms, old torn stiched bedding, staff was unhelpful. Keys didn't work half the time and had to keep getting new ones. I cannot say anything nice about this place. We had three rooms for a week and one had dead roaches in it. I am usually very open minded and understanding that all places have some issues but this was beyond what I would except.

this was a dirty and poorly kept the staff was more likely to just tell me to go to someone else rather than try to help with any give thing. we ended up canceling and going somewhere else but trying to cancel or even check out was a hassle as there was no one on site that could even help
