Super 8 by Wyndham Hurricane Zion National Park

Stayed at this hotel 18 months ago and Ice machine was broken, They still have not had it fixed.

Tv sucked. All old stuff.Shouldnt have streaming. Have to pay for anything decient to watch. Breakfast sucked. No yogurt, no fresh fruit no biscuts and gravy.

Great stay. Lukewarm reception staff.

The fridge in the room did not work (I made sure that it was plugged in) and therefore some of the food/snacks I bought earlier for the kids for next day's trip at Zion went bad. Other than that, the room was okay. The motel is ~30 min drive from Zion National Park.

Paint chipping from wall in living area Some of the furniture appeared to have water damage or been chewed on by a dog House keeping did not exchange towels and linens for clean items even after I asked. She made the beds and removed two of the towels that had already been used.

Just an average hotel.

Convenient

The room was just ok, but in need of improvement. One side the bed was terrible; you could feel the springs. The toilet wouldn’t refill consistently. The shower faucet leaked and dripped on the floor.

Very safe, quiet, and convenient. Excellent customer service!

The checkin was a breeze, the motel is older. the room carpet had questionable stains that could use a good carpet shampoo, bathroom was clean, My biggest problem came from the numerous spiderweb/cobwebs around the door frame on the inside

Convenient location for Zion

We like the location and it is convenient for us. We have family in the area.

Place seemed to be clean. Staff at the desk was great. Beds and pillows were awfully hard. Honestly that was my only gripe. But they very well couldve been brand new.

Clean and quite no issues with the staff

We had originally booked this hotel for our visit to Zion NP. The fellow at the front desk was very friendly and we had no complaints, but this is where it stopped. We got into our room and noted that the bathroom was in very bad shape, tile was cracked and it did not look clean. The door to the room had very large gaps to the outside letting a lot of light and possible bugs into the room. When we sat on the bed it sank a great deal and creaked loudly. The last straw was when we looked at the inside of the entry door, it was filthy, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. We have never done this before, but at that point we decided we just couldn't stay there any longer. We were so unhappy with the condition of this room that we booked another hotel and didn't give the Super 8 a chance to move us to a better room or try to make it right. Of course we ended up being charged for two hotels for two nights, but it was worth it to not have to spend any nights in this first one. I would not recommend this hotel.

They said they had 24hr service, but no one was there when I got there. It was very inconvenient. The room door was open when I got to the room. Tub was gross, bed ripped, & broken chairs.
