We forgot her name but we got there thursday night and the indian girl who works there is amazing, incredibly polite and nice to talk to. She deserves a raise, we love to stay here because of her! We always come here when were in the area

there was dog poop out the front door and the side door the hotel really stunk like weed and sewer the breakfast area the chairs never cam down off the tables and my room had beer bottles behind the desk so we chrcked out and went to a diferent hotel i would like a refund

Said had indoor pool, (only reason we chose here) but heater was broken, was told everything was paid for online, upon arrival was told had to pay a $50 deposit. There was never anything about a deposit mentioned during booking, worst experience ever, for the price it sucked!

The property charges a $50 deposit upon arrival, $100 if paying with cash. The employees were not the most polite. The property was not necessarily in a bad area, just had a few people lingering around that appeared to have some addiction struggles. The room itself was mostly clean. The elevator had roaches. The floor in the bathroom was soft. The toilet was broken, front desk said, “I have not heard that. Give it time. It will work” the bulb was broken off it the tank, that doesn’t resolve itself. The hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke, despite the rooms being non-smoking. I had an asthma attack, but for the price I should’ve known better. I would not recommend the facility.

I stayed two weeks the staff didn’t change my sheets.. I had to change my own… No breakfast & you have to pay xtra for a dog when it wasn’t stated on the website…

This place is in a terrible area and the hotel smelled like cigarettes and dirty dog, there was hair and dirt still in the tub , sink , toilet , our blankets had burn marks and the sheets had stains, they served their breakfast 1hr and half later then what we were told and there were loud people in and around the hotel and the elevator was DISGUSTING

To start they charged my virtual card a full price one night stay. I told them i was paying for all 5 night stay on the credit card i gave them at check in. Could not explain why the virtual card got charged. Received the 50.00 deposit on yhe virtual card but still had to pay the 8.44 tax for the room. Then someone went i to my room and used the microwave I know this cause when i checked in the microwave and refrigerator was unplugged. This happened on Wednesday cause i came in late and the microwave was plugged in and there was 10 seconds left and you could smell the food. I mentioned it when i mentioned the extra charge for the room. All i got from the lady that was worki g friday morning was i do not know, several times. She told me to take it up with Wyndham. Plus they would not accept my AARP card.

First room was either someone elses room or it wasnt cleaned. Second room smelled like smoke and just didnt feel clean enough lobby was dirty and smelled awfull. Stuff for a coffee machine but no coffee machine.

Need to have weight limit on site. My dog was to big and i was turn away. I couldnt stay there. Had no where to go at the time. Cause i reaerved my room there. I did not get chargered but still.
