I was very pleased with my stay at this Super 8. Checked in well past midnight and didn't call because I couldn't find the phone number on my reservation. The front desk lady couldn't have been nicer! She was extremely friendly and helpful and definitely provdided service with a smile even at 2:30 am!! The room was clean and I had no issues at all. The A/C unit was dated but for the price, I couldn't have been happier! :)

Woke up to being bitten by BEDBUGS!! I asked the guy about getting my room switched this SOB told me “ it’s nothing he can do! Then 10 minutes later he comes up to the room & proceeds to tell me the same thing. Talking about MAD!!! I gathered my things, straight to the laundromat. Strongly DO NOT SUGGEST!!!! Nobody expects much from a 2 star hotel and this place delivered. Fine for an overnight, but not above average anywhere. Breakfast was poor in terms of other 2 stars I've recently visited. Broken door safety latch along with an expired WiFi security certificate didn't help.

The whole experience was terrible. The smell in the hallway was really bad. Got to the room and everything was dirty. The tv didnt work, I went to call the front desk, but the receiver was stuck to the phone. We left and went to a Marriott. Never again!

The workers were all very friendly. The place needs a makeover. A lot of things were rusted. Breakfast was a mini muffin and strawberry or apple juice or coffee.

In town for the Richmond Race. Stayed 2 nights. The staff was excellent! Room was clean but the hotel seriously needed updating. However, it was comfortable and served our purpose. Would definitely stay there again. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff!

There was mold on the shower curtain. The room was damp, like a basement. The bedding had what looked like cigarette burn holes. There was a hole in the wall near the bed boards. the A/C unit had dust and mold covering the vents. Breakfast was 6 or so tiny muffins.

The room they gave us looked nothing liked the pictures. My sheets, towels & wash cloths looked all dirty & even had hair on some of them. My mini fridge didn’t even have a shelf in it when I opened it. The bathroom door was also broken so we couldn’t even close it all of the way. So instead of fixing it they put some kind of masking tape to try to hold it together. I stayed in room 222 so when my girlfriend and as we got off of the elevator the 1st thing we were greeted by was an old dirty bathtub sitting directly in the hallway as we got out of the elevator. I wish I could upload the pictures that we took. For the price off $100 bucks a night we were highly disappointed of the conditions. It also said that breakfast was provided which was a bold face lie!!

Literally a nightmare. Bed was not washed. Nothing was washed. Mold everywhere. Cant even close the bathroom door. Theres rust on the lamp next to the bed. AC unit was blowing mold dust everywhere in the room.
