Terrible experience. The front lobby declined a refund. And hotels.com refused me reimbursement. Once I arrived to the hotel I was a bit sketched out but tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt since they wouldn’t let me cancel a reservation but my room was simply sub-par. Bugs crawling on the ceiling. Cigarette burn marks in both me and my friend’s mattress. Holes and stains in the sheets. Some of the threading of the sheets were coming apart. One of the dressers was completely busted. Stains on the walls. There was an ancient LCD TV mounted with the base still attached for no reason lol. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly because the floor was warped. The remote was busted to the tv and you couldn’t control the volume. There was an old crusty mattress in the hallway of our floor blocking the walkway right by the elevator of the third floor. These are all issues with even changing rooms for a second time. Just a rough experience all together. The fact that hotels.com wouldn’t reimburse me for this either, I don’t know if I will ever use their booking site service again.

The room was gross. Bed uncomfortable and there was heavy residue of the cleaning solution that was used on the floors making the floor very slippery. The TV didn’t work and the smell was bad.

I do not like the fact that they asked for a deposit and when I asked for my deposit back at the end of my stay they said I never gave them one that’s crazy and had attitude with me woow I will never stay again and my door to my room was hanging down they said you have to lift it up to close it and the room smelled so so bad like moldy carpet

This place is disgusting there cheap they have roaches there was mold in the bathroom old food in the microwave, the blankets was dirty this place is not updated at all then when you ask for a refund they give you attitude I rate place this a 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE!!

Sketchy elevator, room door had to get shoved to open, hole in the middle of linoleum floor, broken security latch.
Never unpacked. Checked out after 10 minutes, and ate the cost of the reservation.

Team,
This is the first time I am writing negative review as it was very frustrating
The only thing good about the hotel was the old lady at the reception who was working on night shift.
Rest let me explain other points
1) No Blackout curtain : You won’t be able to sleep at night, it’s so much light as their curtain’s blackout portion is torn
2) Smells terrible like Weeds :- The property is no smoking but that’s what I think they made it after it became a livable hell.
3) Smoke alarm missing : I am not sure was it intentional so people can smoke and management can rest. Lol
4) Coffee Machine : Was left with used wet powder
5) Toilet : No lock and cuboid was not clean
6) Blanket : Old , smelly and Torn blanket and sheets
7) Wooden flooring : Patches all over . It seems it’s not been cleaned from ages
Even writing this review feeling bad as not use to but this property on a very serious note needs maintenance please !!
And PLEASE REFUND MONEY of people if they mistakenly booked this and not comfortable to stay.

There were no trash cans in the room, even when requested. When I asked for an extra blanket they said they didn't have any. Plus there was cockroaches in the room. The breakfast was waffles or cereal. This used to be a good hotel, now I'm afraid to stay there. There was also a junky hanging around outside all the time.

Breakfast was terrible and thoughtless. It should have been in line with other Super 8 motels. The air conditioner did not work properly and went on and off all night. Sleeping was a challenge and the light was on to indicate a new filter was needed. Consequently, we had dirty air blowing at us constantly. The bathtub needs a grab bar. My wife slipped and almost fell to the floor.
