It was close and affordable

Room has ld a strange smell almost unbearable

The room was very nice and clean. However, grab bars by the shower would be appreciated since we are 70+ people. Oh, and they ran out of butter for breakfast. 👵😉

Staff very friendly and professional. Room was clean and nice decor. The shower was great, and the bed was super comfy. Continental breakfast was good with everything you'd expect. I've stayed here several times and have never been disappointed

The property was what I expected and it had what I was looking for in my stay.

Customer service is good. They served on the go warm breakfast. It is a little outdated. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

We stay here every time we're in the area. We will stay again.

Rooms need a little TLC

Reasonable spot close to 35. Really nice staff.

There was not enough electrical outlets, There was no plastic cups in the room, no plastic bags for the ice container that they put in your room to get ice. Other than that, the room was clean. It was quiet. They had a Cotton Hill breakfast, which was nice.

The place smelled like weed. There were times it was so bad, I was convinced someone was smoking it in my room.

Older hotel but clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Love that breakfast starts 6am for us early birds. Easy on and off the highway. Will stay again!

Hotel was very dated and very dark. Minimal lighting in hallways and in rooms. Peking paint in bathrooms. Missing pictures in the room. They had to move me to a new room. My first room had hair on one of the pillows, and the bed sheets looked rumpled, as if someone had slept there. My second room had clean sheets and the bed was actually pretty comfortable. The man at the front desk apologized and moved me with no hassle. Aside from the sheets, I feel as though the hotel was more “dingy” than dirty.

Checking in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I booked the room on the road for our night of travel but when I got there it was for the next night so there is nothing that he could do. I ended up having to buy a night for the night I was there. He charged me and told me that my hotels.com credit card was declined so I paid with a different card which went through. When I called my card the next day I had been charged twice for the room that night and the next night. Then I was charged on my other card that I had to use to rent the room initially. So I am a little frustrated to say the least. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant but I’m not sure he understood what was happening. To add to my frustration the next morning there was no syrup for my waffles the next morning. I do enjoy the ease to use my Hotels.com card when we are on the road. This was just very frustrating situation.

I had a good stay. Very clean. Breakfast was nice.
