The owner/manager, staff and room prep. Staff are unmatched for my needs. As close to Reynosa border crossing as possible. My only choice over any in Valley.

I rented a room with a jacuzzi for a romantic experience. As we checked in and walked into the room there was a loud motor running noise coming from the jacuzzi. I requested someone to look at it. As the water was filling in the jacuzzi it was streaming out from the jets of the jacuzzi onto the floor and walls of the room. The man just stood there and acted as if that was normal.

It was ok. Can't complain. The rooms were clean. But the walls were not in the best shape. There was holes and dents everywhere. It had a pool but didn't get a chance to get in. It has an outside laundry but it's $2.00 to wash which is ok I guess. But my stay there was ok.

mistake was made on reservation on the type of room and instead of a courtesy change I was charge extra to correct the issue. Details on the hotel did not show or stated that the hotel did not have a elevator.

The lady didn’t let me check in when it was time she said the cleaning lady hasn’t finished cleaning yet… the juccuzzi doesn’t work I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m never coming here again ever again
