The Banyan staff was truly terrific, The shower was not working in my room. After trying to fix it failed, the staff quickly moved me into another room. The Banyan is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. We could walk to all of our meals. The room are very spacious, My only criticism is the lack of a microwave in the room. There is a refrigerator and coffeemaker, There is a microwave in the lobby but that is not convenient,

Great location, the hotel was clean and comfortable, no parking but there’s public parking 5 minutes away for $10 a day.

We were here during hurricane Helena. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enough places stayed open around us so we could get some food.

Beer Bottle cap was left on the counter when we walked into our room. Water pressure was horrible in shower. water actually stop running every so often I believe when someone in the building would flush the toilet

The property was very convenient to downtown and the water. It is an absolutely beautiful city. The hotel room was clean and very nice. Had a few blemishes but nothing that could be considered gross or bad. I plan to come back and use this hotel again.

Night clerk was very professionnel and friendly. During the night our Bathroom flooded from a bad leak from above. I couldnt shower in the morning because I put all the towels on the floor to soak up the water. Went down for breakfast and no one was there. Front desk was also empty. I prepaid for breakfast and wound up eating somewhere else. It was a horrible expérience. Would never return or Recomend. Hilton should be a ashamed to put thier name on this place.

The pictures and reality are not one in the same. The curtains were broken and dirty, the A/C is loud and dated, the toilet ran all night long, the water bottles which they charge $3 each were refilled and the bed was lopsided. Not to mention the fabric on the chair was filthy. The picture of the sky lounge is not their sky lounge which was very misleading. Very disappointed for the price!!
