This place is a rare find! Much cheaper than other Ithaca hotels and the owners really care about continuing their Cornell legacy. The lady who checked us in was very nice and recommended some local eats in Collegetown. Super clean and very comfortable beds. I would stay here just for the shower head. It was like getting a massage. My husband loved the tap bar. There is a large screen TV in every room and it was nice to watch TV on the comfy bed. The driveway is at the bottom of a steep driveway, but it wasn’t a problem for our minivan. Plus, there was always a spot. If I could, I would give this hotel a 100 stars!

We were there for a college visit so it fit perfectly. Very friendly desk staff and a clean and cozy stay.

I loved the college-themed decor! The place was very clean and comfortable. I arrived in the middle of the night and the instructions for late check-in worked perfectly. Although it's in Cornell country, this was perfect for a visit to Ithaca college too. I'll definitely book here again!

The facilities were very clean and exactly what we needed for one night. We didn't like the very loud party that was taking place on the third floor that kept us up until 3am with no consideration for other guests.

The room was small and the bed was against a wall which made it difficult for one person to get in and out. The room was relatively small much like a dorm room, but we had all that we needed and it was close to campus and downtown. The staff was great.
